This is a question for anyone who took the time to measure out the area of the town borders that they bought.

My friend and I want to start a new town, but first we want to save up enough money to buy all that we need.

In order to do that, I made up this equation: TP = IP + c50, where TP is Total Price, IP is Initial Price, and c is additional chunks.

However, in order to figure out how many chunks we need to buy, we'll need to know the area of the Initial towny plot and the area of the additional chunks.

Anyone that can help me figure out a valid answer, thank you in advanced!

Thank you,

I believe each chunk is 16 x 16Oh, and you may not be able to buy all the chunks at once.
When I started my town, i was only able to have 8 plots.
When I added a resident it went up.
I believe when you join a nation it can go up too.

each plot has an upkeep of 60 per day so i would set tax to 100 per plot that a resident owns so that each plot is collecting revenue
