Introduction:

Hello, let me start off this application by saying that I don't want to waste your time repeating myself. So, i'm going to cut to the point. I am LMR_FUDD, the mayor of various towns (past and present) including Snowport and Paradise. I have always enjoyed giving help to the people who need it through /shout. Back when I was mayor of Snowport, I needed a lot of help since it was my first town I had ever created. However, once a helper/mod/supermod had told me what to do, I got a feeling. You know what i'm talking about. The feeling you get when you learn something new. " Oh, so that's how". My goal in Meepcraft is to become one of those people that makes players happy. The last time I applied for Helper, I was denied. However, i've learned a lot since then! I've been telling people some tips for their town, and helping new mayors with commands. Ask ohDraqq, I helped him manage Snowport after I sold it. Since then it has grown into a popular Metropolis. With over 30 Residents. When I told him what to do and how to do something, I got a different feeling than before. One that made me feel even better than before."I just made someones day."

Why you should be Helper/Mod/Supermod ?

I would like to be a helper because like I said, I love to help people. I also have helped people in the real world. Since I am in advanced math, I tutor kids in my grade without pay. It's kind of like Volunteering. Once the student realizes their mistake or how to figure out an equation, they smile at me. A friendly smile that says, "Hey, thanks." I also play football, i'm not the best on the team but I still support the team with speeches about us. Although our team went 1-12, we still had a lot of fun. I am also very familiar with commands. I have been playing and have learned them just by being a mayor. I've also been doing Skyblock so I learned those commands. i will also try to handle /modreq as quickly and efficiently as I can. I know how impatient people can get so I would try to research their questions and answer/fix their problems quickly. The quicker and the better a job I do, the better the feeling gets. My goal as a helper, is just that, fixing problems. If I became a helper, than I would defiantly put off my town for the whole server.

Weaknesses:

I do not have amy weaknesses. However, everyone must have at least one. I am positive that one of my weaknesses is somewhat Patience. For instance, During my time as a mayor, I have experience many new Meepcrafters whom do not know any commands or how anything works. Sometimes it would take me a solid 30 minutes to get someone in the town and to give them a plot. However I have never turned down someone for being new. The only priorate for the residents of Paradise is to get their plot and answer their questions. Even though Patience is in issue, I can control it most of the time. Another one isn't really a "weakness". Every other weekend I go to my dad's house for the weekend. So, some weekends I might not be on at all until Sunday at 4:00.

Conclusion:

It would be an amazing honor to be a part of the Helpers and to get that feeling on an everyday basis. I would always. I know i'm moving quite fast but I look up to the helper/mods/supermods and Admins. If I get to be on I will be mature, fair, and fun. So i'd like to thank everyone for taking their time to read my application and I hope you can consider it. Sorry for wasting your time if you didn't enjoy it, and I hope you will accept me on this Snowday.

Listing no weaknesses indicates an inability to reflect on oneself and improve. No-one is perfect, and you come across as far too sure of yourself by stating you lack any weakness. -1

 

Hello LMR_FUDD after reading your application I am a -0.5. I feel that your TeamSpeak activity is par as well as you activity in /shout. I know it may be hard to find a weakness but everyone does have one so try and find one. Your forum activity is very low so try and post more in the Q/A section and help people out. You do shout a lot, however you need to try and help more in shout. I am -0.5 but if you work on you forum activity, help more in shout, find a weakness, and come on TeamSpeak a tiny bit more I would definitely change to a +1.

Please avoid spamming your thread with replies; it makes you seem a little argumentative and, involuntarily or not, bumps your thread to the top. Im not completely against you replying to every post but I would prefer you to just reply every few replies.

Nevertheless, I'm glad you have applied. I have notived you in game, which is always a good thing.

- I like your in game activity; I see you often and you tend to not only talk with the community but also help out.

- Your forums activity needs work. 'New Member' is unacceptable; I'd love to see you post more constuctive posts in Suggestions, Q&A, Report a Bug, and Staff Recruitment. It also doesn't hurt to just generally join in with the community; we don't bite!

- Your application was close, but still under par. There were a great many spelling mistakes that, as you have seen, have greatly changed the meaning of one of your sentences and caused people to -1 you. Communication is very important; how can we be sure that your spelling mistakes won't cause issues when communicating with players? Not to mention what happened earlier; how did you post an unfinished application? I suggest, that to avoid any issues with spelling and stuff like the unfinished application by first making your application in a Word document. Also get someone to proofread it for you.

- Your introduction was more of an extension of your Why. The introduction is for telling us about your personality traits, your likes/dislikes, etc. Not your meep story.

- Your Why is ok, but fairly disorganized and kind of like a list. Have at least four or five points for thr why and a paragraph of 4-8 sentences for each.

- Your weaknesses section is confusing and not very articulate. Is patience a weakness or not? Have a specific paragraph for each weakness stating how it effects you, how it will effect you as a helper, and how you are working to prevent that.

- Your conclusion is very long. Briefly summarize your application in no more than 4 sentences.

All in all,I'm a -1 for now. Sorry, and good luck.

 

Okay, I see huge potential in you, but not yet. I see a little immaturity at times, rarely though. I also don't see you in shout besides adds for your town. I also see a lack of professionalism, such as grammar and spelling.

You have only just recently joined the server and I find you doubt really help in /shout sofit now I'm a -1.

Your app was pretty good, considering most I see from people I don't know are people who don't follow the format.
Your forum activity needs a lot of improvement.
Any editing of the app results in an auto-deny.

I really don't see you being that much of a help when you're online. Rather you just converse to converse. You're popular to some but not entirely well known.

Only 35 posts, can be immature at sometimes, only time I see you in shout is when you are advertising your casino.

 

-0.75, very few posts on the forums and some of them are spammy, however, your app was mediocre.
