Introduction ~

Hi! I'm Telinus- or you can call me Freddy and I'm 12 years old. I am decently new to the server but have learned a lot over the past week! Things outside of Minecraft I like doing are: playing football, baseball and basketball, working out and playing League of Legends. I love all of the players and the overall epicness of the community!


Why should I become a Helper?

I think I'm active enough and mature enough to become a Helper. By saying that, I'm trying to be extremely active and help everyone I possibly can. Even if I do not know an answer to a question, I'll try my best to find the answer to it. If I cannot find an answer I will either ask another staff member, or maybe re-write the question in chat for any of the other players- to see if they might know. But I will try my best to never leave a question unanswered, because that would be rude to the person asking.


Experience
I have an alright idea of how to use HawkEye, even though the last server I have moderated was pure vanilla. So, I have recently researched more information about the plugin, and I believe the commands are easy to remember and use. I am aware of most of the plugins and commands that we have on the server, and I know how to functionally use most of them. If I don't know how to use a command, I will make sure I 100% understand it before using it on anyone/anything.


Work Ethic
I truly believe that I work hard. I try my best to complete everything asked of me, with high standards in mind. I always try to get the job done, even though it might be tedious. I will try 110% with all of the /modreqs I might be receiving, trying to give them the most understandable and correct answer. I try to get the most positive things out of my mistakes, to be able to not repeat them again.


Dedication
I usually dedicate all of my time into this server. I have been extremely active the last week, to try to let everyone get to know me. I am and will continue to be active and helpful throughout my time on the server/forums, even without being a staff member.


Weaknesses ~
One of my bigger weaknesses is shyness. I do have a mic, but I'm quite shy. I have no clue why, just how I was made I guess. This usually happens because I don’t want to mess up my first impression. Well I can assure you that when I talk to someone, I get comfortable quick. I have nothing to be afraid of, and it’s kind of funny to me. Also, another weakness is that I am pretty sensitive. My mother has passed down this trait to me, because she had a rough childhood. So, I try to not harm anyone with words because I know that it’s happened to me before, and it sucks. (srry if dis made u cri it made me cri evertiem)


Conclusion
Even though I am not an "Oldmeeper" on the server, I would greatly appreciate it if you would take the time to consider me for the Helper position. Thank you for reading!

Usually if I don't know the person, I'm immediately -1 but, you actually seem very mature, honest and responsible. you need to work on your in game help and forum activity but, I think you actually have a shot.

 

You registered in towns on December 26th! You've barely been on the server, get immersed in the community a bit first. -1

Tel, you are a great person. I adore your forums activity and how much you help out here. I've also seen you be friendly in game as well as help out.

The application was alright, and far from bad.

While you are fairly new, you are mature, you are eager, and you are friendly.

You honestly just haven't been playing long enough. Too many players get into a server for a few weeks then get sick of it and leave. We have no idea whether or not that could be you. -1

Normally I would give such people a +1 but since you're only for a bit more then a week on this server I'm for a +0,5.
If this one gets denied I'm pretty sure that you can make it once you've integrated a bit more into the community.
