Dear MeepCraft staff,
I have always wanted to be a part of your staff. I started playing Minecraft about 2 years ago. I am responsible enough to behave in a server with lots of players without getting stressed out. I truly love Meepcraft! I have studied the day of a moderator, helper, etc. I know when someone should be banned, or kicked out, but I am not too good at the whole temp-ban thing. You might need to teach me how to work the whole temp-ban stuff out. I am very talkative, so I can communicate with players who are having problems with this server. I am in 5th grade AG for both Math and Language Arts. (LA), so I am very smart. (Smarter then the average 5th grader at least) I am very kind to other players.

Weaknesses:
I would have to say that failing is one of my weaknesses. It always puts me down when someone tells me that I did not do so well. For an example, when I get a bad grade, it sort of puts me down. Another example, when my application gets denied, it sort of puts me down. Not only does it take my hope away, but it sort of makes me angry. Just knowing that someone in the world thinks that you aren't good enough. It aggravates me, and puts me down.


Conclusion:
In conclusion I believe that I would make a good MeepCraft Staff Member with a little bit of training and support from another Staff Member. Hey, practice makes perfect.




I hope that you all agree to make me a new MeepCraft Staff Member.

- Your a new member on the forums
- I've never seen you on TS
- I have seen you ingame (once) and that was only because you filed a modreq that I did
- Your not active in shout (again only seen you once, so not exactly a good thing)

~ Personally you seem like a good person, but you are not prepared. I think you should play for a while longer get more active, get more known, then re-apply. it will increase your chances, plus, once your more well known people will know what kind of person you are, and feel better with you in a position of power.

I think I should just apply for another server. And that kid who filed a modreq is a kid who has ben balled from my town from DevilSpawner72. She said after a 2 week period, he was not allowed to come back.

 

Hi Willy; dont be discouraged by negative responses. They are just trying to help you so that you can do better next time.

From my personal experience, you are a nice person. However, their are a few things that I think you should make sure you work on.

The thing is, we want dedicated staff members that can show us they will be good for the job before they get it. This is why we ask for forums activity and in game activity and such. If you want this position, just make sure you show us that you will be good at it.

Your application was a bit confusing. Which part was the introduction, and where was the why? Other than that, it was a very good start.

By posting and getting likes, you can achieve 'trophy points' which then lead to you eventually increasing your forums rank.

You dont 'convince players to like you'. Just generally be friendly and nice in /shout and everywhere else and people will notice. It's not something you can do in a day. Spend these two weeks (I actually suggest spending more time if you wish, just to be sure you are comfortable) just being a friendly person.
