Introduction:
Hello, Akiratohiama again, and I would love to be staff again. I have previously been staff many times, gaining experience from every time, so I know most commands. I am always on forums, watching lots of threads, viewing ban appeals, reading the discussion or posting my own things. I am very active in both in game and forums, with online, talking in /shout, building or instructing people to finish building my town. I believe I am very kind, helpful, and can not get angered quickly. As staff in the past, I have been part of the team as RainbowDogFish and then again as Akiratohiama. In both old and new Meep, I have enjoyed being staff, and wish to continue doing so.


Weaknesses:
Activity- Due to recent things, I haven't been able to get on for the eight hours like I'm usually able to, now only two to three hours on everyday but Saturday, with Saturdays Five to Seven hours online, but this is still enough. Team speak is also a problem because my recent activity on Team Speak is lacking. On forums, I'm always checking things out, posting things, or reading discussion, ban appeals, staff applications or posting on peoples walls.

Immaturity- Many people know in the past I have called people Bby, or something like that. I have become much more mature only using such words every now and then, and spelling right. Not many times are you seeing me say things like speshul, bby or other things.


Goals as Staff-
My goals as staff are simple, but may have a impact on staff as a whole, or just me. I want to bring another hard working, caring, and fun helper. I want to be active with the community and help everyone who needs it. I will also work hard, and work above and beyond what some helpers do now. I want to work twice as better as last time I was helper.

Conclusion:
As staff, every time I had been staff, I have had the most wonderful times. From assisting people, to doing modreqs, to talking to the community. I have loved every part of being staff and would love to be in the staff again,being much more active and much more helpful than before.

I think you know what went wrong during the times of you being staff and your a good person who means well overall, not to mention you are experienced. But, you can be immature sometimes and the application was lacking.

This app was rather bland, not much detail in it, aki, you're my friend, but I'm going to have to give you a -1.

I haven't said I would use bby. I haven't kicked anyone in the past with this, nor have I used bby recently. I know when to be mature, and kicking someone for that reason isn't mature.

 

Akiratohiama, This app is pretty short, I would expect more from one of the more 'mature' people on meepcraft, I absolutely, can't decide, Im neutral on this 0+

I based my decision on how Aki has acted in the past and how she acts now.

 

+1 I know your somewhat in active and grounded but you will be on more once your not grounded. Just help more in shout.
