Why we should consider your appeal: theassassain13 bought VIP in meebles off TH3B3ASTDR4GON about 2 months ago but his PayPal account was hacked, and the hacker chargebacked theassassain13's VIP. About a month ago TH3B3ASTDR4GON created a ban appeal for theassassain13 here: http://meepcraft.com/threads/theassassin13-ban-appeal.11873/ but DianaB72 said she would tell Onis but nothing has happened.

 

Generally, the procedure to become unbanned is to pay a $20 chargeback fee. This is the fee that we incur when a player charges back. Assuming Onis approves of this, you will be unbanned in-game but will have your rank revoked. I'll try to get him on here to verify this.

Yes. The owner of the account has to pay the charge back fee.
No matter who charges back, we are always charged $20 for each charge back.
