Hi, gaeibel. Here are some things you should work on.
•Activity, you are not extremely active so if you could, I'd work on it.

•Fourms, your a new member on the fourms. You should start posting a little more and helping.

•Format, you should use the exact format for a better chance. You didn't include a weakness or your timezone or explain your position changes.

•Application, you put way to many 'I will' and 'I will not' statements. Also while staff you wouldn't need to include the 'I will not's' because you would be demoted.

Here are a few things I would like to tell you about,
Editing is auto deny
I have not seen you ig so try and work on that
You are a new member on forums so maybe try and get more active on forums
Your app was short and did not contain sections it should have
You need to have team speak and skype and must place the names on your application
