Introduction:
Hello, my name is Owen, im 14 years of age and i live in Perth, Western Australia.
I'm a hardcore gamer but always makes sure that no matter what I'm doing, to find something I enjoy, this makes even work not feel like work. I'm a really easy guy to talk to and I'm well know on team speak for my large array of voice impressions
Why you should be Helper/Mod ?
I would like to be a helper to do exactly what the title says, help people. I've always been irritated by people who break rules and get away with it because there isn't any one with any authority on the server at the time.

Conclusion:
Basicly the soul purpose for this application is to let the staff know that I would like to be one of them and that i respect and accept whatever they decide. If I become a Helper of not.

When i posted this application, i didnt realise exactly what "weakness" meant. Sexism and Racism are two things that i cant stand and get very annoyed when seen being used against players, that is why i put it as my weakness

 

It appears you were confused by the Position Change as well; you saod Premium to Helper, then Helper to Mod, and so on. I am confused as to what you meant. As for the rest, there's a few things I wanted to mention.

I haven't personally seen you in game. Though this may be a bit of a timezone issue, I'm pretty sure I should have seen you at least once by now. Try to be a friendly, active, and helpful player all around.

As for forums activity; your application was your first post, which eorries me quite a bit. Try to get a bit more active here on the forums; we don't bite. I sugest constructive posts, especially in Staff Recruitment, Suggestions, Report a Bug, and Q&A.

Your application was extremely short. Try to elaborate a bit more on your points; there are plenty of guides for applications all around the forums. There's even one right under the format, and I've written one myself that you can find in the Unofficial Guides section, it basically sticks together any advice I could give you.

All in all, while I liked your fairly unique and well-formatted application, there were a few issues that led me to a -1. I do feel you have a lot of potential though, if yoh work at it.

 

Thank you chaos, I had only realised what "weakness, position change, the legnth of app" was once i had posted my own, sadly I can't edit my application or it will be denied. For you not seeing me ive been AFK since june 2013 so that probably explains that and I only came back around 2 weeks ago. Agian, thank you for you feedback and I will take it into account

 

Makes sense. I suggest that if you do get denied this time, and decide to reapply, you should wait a little longer than two weeks to do so. This way you can keep busy with refamilarizing yourself with the server. A lot has changed since June, and we need people who are familiar with the server as it is.

Also, I'm being a bit nit-picky now, but AFK means Away From Keyboard. I'm pretty sure you mean on a long hiatus, or inactive.

 

Yea, I tend to use AFK because to me, its another way of saying you have been inactive. If i do get denied i definetly will apply agian and make sure that it will be much better quality then this one

 

Your weakness doesn't really fit into the image of a staff member.

As I stated in another reply, I had no idea what you were meant to write in "weakness" until posting this, I should have researched. If I had known then, I would have made my weakness not knowing certain commands (e.g kick, ban etc.) considering I have never been staff on a minecraft server, but I have been mod on Garry's Mod, Team Fortress 2 and Counter Strike Source
