Who ? I didn't screamed at someone .

 

You've screamed at a whole channel of people while I was in there not too long ago. Blatantly denying something that I know you've done because I've experienced it is showing me more and more you should not be staff.

I see that your English isn't perfect, which is a skill I see you are improving on. English is a hard language and you are only 12 so you have ages to make it better (not that I would doubt 12-year-olds, being one myself). I see that you are active ingame, and your shout activity is good. Your forum activity is good. You can be annoying at times, but everyone can be. I've heard stories about your immaturity, and your reputation among lots of people isn't that good, but I've bearly seen any myself. You seem to help ingame a bit.

Overall, I can't decide, but I'm sure if this is denied, you will make a good future staff member.

1. I have never honestly seen you on teamspeak but it might be because different timezones
2. You are active Ingame but i do not see you help other people.

-1. You are considered active on forums. Wanna know why? It's because you post an average of 2-3+ useless threads each month. You also don't help.

 

I just told you that cause you we're leaving and i'm telling that , and i didn't meant to advertise.

 

You have a lot of petty crimes in your history, and you tend to become bothersome when the attention you expect is not received. I've personally experienced multiple examples of your immaturity on Teamspeak via chat spam and obnoxious noises during conversations. The image you've given me make me feel like you're not going to be able to change your behavior any time soon.

Granted he can be immature at times but from the short time I have known him he is one of the nicest and most decent and helpful people I have met on the server

GummiBirr is one of my assistants in Everest, and we are glad to have you. All of the assistants like you and we would be sad if you weren't as as active in town through being a Helper.

That said, you're very active on Meep, and you can be very helpful. I know you get excited sometimes, and want something done, but if you have a project you set right to it. I've seen it.
You want things done right now, which can be a really good thing when there is so much to do.
You have a tremendous amount of energy, which i think is what a Helper needs to work through many /modreqs.
Additionally, you are a very good person, and I've never seen you do anything bad tempered - you are always nice and cheerful - more than I am. LOL
If you aren't an english speaker/writer you could have fooled me. I've barely noticed any english glitches at all, and your communication is always excellent.

gummi I honestly do see improvement in your application, but there are just too many negatives for me to agree with this. As said before you have a ban history and I have still seen a lot of immaturity I am not comfortable with such a your staff unless they show great maturity. Finally i find your activeness consists of more questions and useless threads than actually helping.

Because of these I am a -1 for now

It really worries me that you are applying for helper, here's why:

1. You are very immature in my opinion, with no sign of that changing any time soon.
2. Your ban history is substantial considering your time here.
   
   I find it troubling that you think you are worthy of up-holding the rules when you struggle to follow the rules yourself.
   
3. You spam chat. To name a few things that have notably irritated me and many others: "selling ways to make money for 20k"..... Sounds kinda scam-like but ehh that is for the mods to decide.... "Join GummiCo (link)" "come take all my money at my casino" and there are plenty more that I have seen 2+ duplicate messages simaltaneously on my chat feed. (Pro tip: wait till your last post has dropped off the chat at the very minimum)

4. You show no initiative what-so-ever. I mean absolutly NONE, nada, nill, zip.
   Case in point (1 of many): first time I ever met/spoke with you on TS. You ask me to help you get your computer to be less laggy. I suggested you turn down all your graphics settings and get Optifine. You did not go and google it, but you insisted I get you a download link and put it in TS. Then you asked me to tell you how to install it, when the install instructions were on the site I had previously link'd you to. All the while you were bombarding me with questions about your helper application.
   And many other times you have demanded people do things for you, like for instance: "Someone give me links for awesome door designs" - "Please" and "thanks" goes a long way.

Reasons for being you to get helper:

1. Enthusiastic about meep.
2. (to be updated when I think of one)
   
3. (to be updated when I think of them)

Conculsion: Grossly under prepared for the role of staff and as such I give you -1.

How about these?

1. Enthusiastic about Meep. (pretty standard)
2. Doesn't seem to have issues following the rules they are applying to upkeep.
3. Displays maturity more often than immaturity. Being immature can be fun at times and acts as a great stress reliever, but you've got to know when to cut the flow.
