I was 16 during my Junior year and 17 during my Senior year.

I'm going to try to put this nicely, but the fact that you are 19 and a Junior in HS either reflects on your intelligence or your work ethic.
You don't seem to be unintelligent, so I'll assume that you do not have a great work ethic, which is essential to becoming a helper/mod/what have you.
I'll have to -1 for many of the reasons others have listed as well as this.

 

If he cares about something, in this case the server and the people in it, he becomes dedicated towards it and will spend countless hours/days/weeks/months working for the betterment of it. I know this because I have worked with him closely for the past six to seven months on my town, and it is truly remarkable what he will do for something he cares about. When I first met him, I thought he was a bit immature and egotistical, as many of you think of him right now. However, I realized, when he became really involved with what we were working to do, the immaturity seemed to dissipate and he became serious about matters. He spends many hours a day building for my town, and never seems to stop. Also, he usually gives away a lot of the wealth he gains by hosting drop parties and donating to our town. I think he would make a great helper, regardless of his past with some of you.

When my father was in the Air Force he would get transferred all over america, The latest one was to Texas where their education system wasn't the best. You weren't allowed to take books home. A large amount of homework had to be done in class with shorts amounts of time. We hardly got any recess either which sucked pretty bad. This with a combination of going to a Christian school and having to wake up at 5am to drive 5 miles to get to school really affected my learning capabilities.

 

Before I say anything I want to ask
Why do you want to be helper? You already have more access than most helpers and you have a cool builder rank!
My answer will depend on yours.

 

As being an Architect I have access to OP commands. OP in general comes with Mod commands. I feel it necessary for me to be trained as a staff member if I am to be given OP in certain worlds. If I do become helper I'll work hard as one would to be promoted to a Mod. Instead of trying to apply to become a Mod right away I feel it right to apply for a helper first as any other staff member would.

 

I'm going to excuse all of your previous "mistakes", as most everyone deserves another chance.

I honestly was going to -1 this because of your immaturity and unreliability but your reason is valid. I do agree that you should be trained.
Notes to take under consideration
-Modreqs: As a builder your modreq count will be allowed to be lower but you still must spend hours on them
-Comments: As staff you must think about what you are saying before you say it, no more grumpy tyler <3
-TeamSpeak: I haven't been on teamspeak lately so I do not know what is happening there but you must be on!
-Ads: People tend to look down on staff who advertise in shout about things (towns, shops, etc)

Your forums activity is good. You have experience. I think that you could make this work if you try.

+1 Good Activity level. Personally i have never experience a problem in any way nor experience any immaturity. As for those that seem to state he is too immature or whatever... I have bad news for them... many current staff have abused and done the same as you are accusing him... so i see that is no reason do deny him. Its a learning experience, if it continues to have mistakes then that is a different story, but as a helper is is to learn the right way of doing things!

This was in 2nd and 3rd grade not High school. And I'm not a super super junior as I have technically not failed my Freshman, Sophomore, and or Junior years.

As I've said before -

Before doing so I had gathered video evidence, and asked before doing so. I was given permission to carry out with the ban. The rest followed. It's my fault for not remembering what Onis_Luck had told me days prior. The situation has been resolved and has moved on.

Edit: This occurred at 2 am. I was /msg about someone hacking in Centrum, no other staff member was on at the time. I was just trying to help, I followed the rules, I gathered the evidence. It was only later on that I was told that I can't ban for glitches that the players themselves don't know that they're using. And then reminded due to MY OWN FAULT that I can't ban or kick, temp-ban or ban for anything other than language, spam, or ads. This is no one else's fault other than mine, I take responsibility for my actions. I was only trying to help.​

I am not holding it against you for making a mistake, as everyone does. I was going to +1 the application until I saw this.

That being said, as a helper, will you drop your building to do modreqs and assist players? Because helpers are specifically designed to do that, and not to primarily kick and ban people.

 

No, you see in my faults I have A.D.D. I will be building for a few hours then just get tired of doing it and then want to do something else. This is what happened about the me banning those players. I'll build for a while then do modreq's and help out players. I'm already doing this, moderating spawn for language and ads, once one such thing does happen I'll take a screenshot of it and post the url in staff chat so that a staff member may deal with it. If it's ads I'll simply say in staff chat ''ads at spawn <player>'' Then a staff member will deal with it. Technically I wouldn't be moderating spawn I'll just be watching it and then notify a staff member about the infraction.
