Introduction:

Hello!
My names Emmett, some of you may know me as emmettz24. I’m a 13 year old 7th grader who enjoys many different activities such as volleyball, lacrosse, school activities, and obviously meepcraft! I am the oldest child of 4 and I have many experience in the leadership role. I am a part of my middle schools ASB, In ASB I plan many activities, do school fundraisers, and make my school a better place. I would love to do the same in meepcraft. I have lots of dedication for the server and have been active on meepcraft since old meep. A few of the many things I enjoy on meepcraft it owning a town, playing mini games with friends, and helping fellow meepers. Meepcraft is the only server I play on and I completely love it, I love the community, the people, and everything the staff has done for us. I love meeting new people, becoming friends with them, and welcoming them to this amazing community.


Why should I be helper?

I think I have many perks, abilities, and potential to fill the role of a staff member. Part of them are my dedication, work ethic, experience, and activity. I believe I have much potential to fulfill the rank of helper. I would be honored to help and make MeepCraft a better place and a better community.

Dedication / Activity –

I put meep above all other servers. The performance of this server is completely amazing. Dedication is a big thing when it comes to be a staff member. I have dedicated almost all of my free time to this server. My schedule isn’t very busy so I have the time to play this server non-stop. I love the way the server runs and am absolutely grateful for this server. I absolutely love the rush that comes through me when I help a player. The player

Work Ethic –

I am recording every second I play meepcraft so I will always have the proof to give. I would put much effort in to performing modreq’s. I would make sure not just the player solves their problem. I would ensure that they know what they are doing and any extra questions are answered. I know how to situate someone to make sure they comfortably get the idea. I think I can bring great responsibility. I have a lot of spare time on my hands and would have a very large amount of time to do modreq's. I would go above and beyond in preforming the tasks of the helper position.

Experience –

I have lots of experience with meepcraft in many different areas. I know much experience with Town commands, general commands, donor commands, and warp commands. One of the places I struggle is in sky block commands. I know many other warp commands and can be very helpful when a player needs help. Basically I can be a helpful tool when a player is struggling.

Weaknesses –

Immaturity: I can be immature at times and have struggled in this area. I recently have been not as immature. Not only do I know I can be immature but I have been told. I struggle with being mature at times. I have also been told I am very funny. This is a good and a bad thing. At times I don't know when to stop. But I know I have the potential to overcome this weakness, and I think I have done well so far.

Defensive: When I think somethings right and I'm probably wrong I turn really defensive and argue about proving my point. I know that when helping someone its not the right thing to do but I have the habit of doing so. Recently as I have been helping in shout, I have been working on this weakness.

Conclusion –

In your last interview there were only a few things hindering you from being accepted and I really hope you've changed them because you'd be an excellent addition to staff. (plus you participated in Reggles and I's 'gotta catch 'em all' teamspeak game)
