Introduction: Hi guys, I am Highlanders3Ruth as some of you know me as High. I have been on Meepcraft for 1 year and 7 months, in 3 months (October) will be my 2 year anniversary here on Meepcraft! I like to play Minecraft and watch TV on my free time. I am also in a baseball league right now and am enjoying it. Meepcraft is one of my favorite things to do. I am still enjoying it being with this community and playing mini-games and such along with talking with you guys. I have got a new headset for Teamspeak so I hope I can talk to some of you. And thats it for my intro, here goes my application now!

Why Helper: I have been a Helper before so I know how it goes, they have changed the ban amounts so I am still working on that but I can figure that out and go with that easy. I have only been kicked 4 times and temp-banned 2 times in my whole life on Meepcraft. One for ladder camping at Pvp (Long time ago) and then a old meep ban for spamming Deinen in /msg (Old Meep, not current) (It doesn't show on my ban history but I figured I would let you guys know.) I do follow the rules and never want to break any of them and get banned. I am nice but do argue sometimes, am trusting because I have been allowed to do lots of things for some people, they would give me perm's and ask me to do something and they trusted me. I am responsible and for the school year got all A's except for 1 B+ for RLA. But I do know the ropes. I have been Helper before. I do know how to handle the griefs, pvp campers, hackers, and lots of other rule breaking people. I do know how to work on the fourms for the reports and things like that. On the fourms I do look at lots of 'Report A Player' threads and do sometimes tell the person in-game if they will or will not be banned. I also like to look at Ban Appeals, Staff Applications, and Suggestions. All of what staff sometimes mainly focus on because those are sometimes needed the most here. As a Helper before I did like to talk and play games with the community. Which is a good thing to be active with the community but it happend to much...I always get the work I started with finished. I did need help sometimes which is fine but I start what I finish. I also try to answer all the questions I can and know the answer to when people ask them in global and or in the world chat, messaging me, or in local chat.

As I said, I am responsible, trustworthy, rule following, nice, and a hard-worker (Staff that were staff when I was Helper may disagree with that but it is possible to turn that around and I think I am capable of doing it.

Old Time: I did tend to slack off, while playing mini-games to much and hanging out with my friends to much. That is possible for me to turn around. I did become in-active, I can turn that around easy as long as I dont get in trouble and have my computer time taken away from me . I didn't do as many modreq's as all you staff wanted me to do, I will try and work harder to do more if I do get accepted for staff. Old staff that are still staff, when that happend I did like to slack off and I know it now but I can change that.

Weakness(s):
* I might not be as active as I was because of baseball
*I do tend to forget a lot of things (I can write them down too)
* I sometimes like to argue a lot (I can calm down easy though)
*I can be very immature sometimes but not as much as before.
* OTHERS YOU WILL FIND AS I GO AND YOU MAY POINT THEM OUT *

All he said was I applied for Helper and I did. That isn't me and I told nobody to advertise it.

Before I give my vote, I'd like you to answer a simple question.
Back when you were helper, originally, you weren't active at all on skype or teamspeak. Now, as you're applying again, are you going to make strides to become active on these two mediums or are we just going to have an empty promise?

 

I did find this, I will go with whatever Abby says here, I didn't find you active on either.

I did relize I wasn't at all active at either of these 2 once I was demoted from Helper. I am trying to be more active on TeamSpeak and will work hard to login to Skype and TeamSpeak and be more active on those.

I do think I can turn *this around.

I really love how you're active and help others as well as making sure everything in the community is going well. You also know towny commands very well and help people with modreq questions.

But I'm going to have to give you a -1 for a reason I cannot state.

 

Highlanders, from what I have seen, has proved to be a patient and intelligent individual. He's also a nice person .

Thanks guys for all the good and bad things! I am working on my Teamspeak activity and I am on mid-day and night time.
