Introduction:

Hey guys, I'm Neil_WW, but most of you call me Neil. I am from a little country called Denmark, I was born in Thailand, but I moved to Denmark. I like to play Call of Duty, League of Legends, Fifa and Minecraft, Right now do I mostly play League and Minecraft. In my spare time do I hang out with my friends, playing handball and playing games, but now in the holiday am I mostly home and playing computer.

I've been on Meepcraft for over 2 years now, and I've enjoyed every moment from now. I've been more known in the community, got a lot of new friends on the server, since I started back in 2012. I am also more mature now since I started, I could see that by looking back to my old post on forums and ban appeals.

Why I should be helper:

Why should you I be a helper? I've been in the community for a long time now, and I want to try something new. I have the experience from over 2 years of MeepCraft, that I use to help people in shout and in modreqs. I'm also in a good timezone, because most of the staff doesn't live near gmt. I think it also would help to have an extra helper in Europe, so there can be one on, when the other staff are
sleeping in Amarica.

Another reason for I should be helper is, that I am very active, so I can be on when there is lack of staff. Many people doesn't get an answer on their modreq, because the lack of staff in my timezone, so they will probably just get a mail saying: ''You were offline, please file a new modreq when you come on again''. I could change that by being that staff member, who can deal with these modreq, when no other staff is on.

· Experience

I have a great experience for over 2 years now. I know most (if not all) of the commands, so I will be able to help people out, that I already do in shout, and if I forgot it, will I find out what the exact command is, for the one who needs it. I have also been asked by a new helper to help him out with a command or something else, because they didn't knew it, and knew that I had the experience to know what he forgot.

· Work Ethic

I am a really hard worker, I am doing my job untill its done, unless that I have to go, but then will I finish it next time I come on. Even if I don't know how to complete the task, will I use my time just to find out what the answer is, even if it takes an hour.

· Dedication

I'm dedicated to this job, I will do modreqs in a timely manner while getting them done, but I will of corse use more time if needed. One of the things I would do with modreqs is, that I will do less of them, but more detailed, than doing many modreqs, with an answer they don't understand. I would use as much time as needed to get the answer on the question, if I don't know what it is. I would also use a lot of my time in spawn, just to keep the chat clean for spamming, language etc.

· Involvement

I think I could involve a lot, because of the experience I have, and the time I have. I would also put a lot of my time, to do staff stuff like modreqs, find hackers etc, and make the new people feel home on the server.

· Performance

I will performance as much as I can do, to give people a good answer, that give them a not so good answer, because it is always good to use 10 minutes extra, to make it better or perfect. I will also provide

Weaknesses:

The first and the worst weakness is my teamspeak activity, my activity on teamspeak is not the best, I would try come on, that I've done in the past weeks, but it didn't help that much. The reason for I stay away, is that I'm scared/nervous to talk with strangers. I will try make it better by comming on and talk to a few instead of many.

another weakness is that sometimes am I immature, I have tryed to improve it, and it have become better, I'm not so immature anymore but sometimes I am.

then is there my grammar, my grammar is not the best, but not the worst. I will always be happy, If someone correct my mistakes.

My banhistory isn't the best one either, I've been banned a lot of times that I've been thinking about, and I won't do it again, and I have stopped being the bad boy, and began a ''new'' life on Meepcraft.

Conclusion:

first of all do I feel I should have another chance in my interview, since it got denied last time for immaturity. I feel I became more mature from that day I got denied from my interview.

another thing is that, please come with a constructive comment with or without the +/-, I will hope I can learn more from the comments and improve

Umm I don't really know you so don't take this too seriously in case I'm thinking of someone else or am missing information on something.
I thought you were 11 which isn't a good thing in maturity.

As I said I don't really know you but you have good activity, and CAN be really mature at times.

Neil, I think everyone knows you've matured a lot since your last app, but you don't go on ts often.


Pros:

I see you helping in game constantly

Getting very mature

Nice and fun to be around

Overall, since ts is a big part of it, I'll give you a +/- 0

Ts is not as important as you are making it out to be.

Yeah, its fun, and yeah, its good for bonding with the community and it is used for meetings and the interview itself, but as long as you can speak on it you should be fine.

As for bwing nervous; just ask anyone who knows me, specifically jackl01, that I was also very nervous on TS at first. I could never bring up the courage to even move to channels, let alone talk in them.

People like jack actually helped me get over it; they just spent time in the same channel as me and also encouraged me to talk more.

It even helped me be less shy irl, which is awesome.

Regardless, if you want someone to talk to just inbox me, and if I see you ig without being on TS ill pester you, and if I see you on TS alone I will move you into my channel, as long as im not ina staff channel.

Just be yourself

Regardless, I would like to see you in interview because you've definitely improved a lot.

 

Neil neil neil....xD The app was good! Your activities are good on forums and in game...but TS needs a little work maybe talk more? I can't really leave a vote for you cause I'll come out as being biased But you have matured since your last app which was good. Good luck bud!
