Accepted I Got Banned As Misunderstood (i Wasn't Trying To Advertise)

I tried to message someone another server and asked him if he had a rank in that server. But when I asked him, I typed /g (message) instead of /r (message) by accident (/g does /shout & /r replies to someone). I then realised that I then got banned by Bob as misunderstood. Since that 'him' I was talking about earlier was rudely talking to me and bullying me that I didn't have a rank (I wanted to get a rank in Meepcraft but my parents wouldn't let purchase it) in Meepcraft, so then I tried to ask him if he had a rank in ************ (but I did /g instead of /r) as I had a rank in that server and he doesn't so it balances. Sadly, after a while because of the /g (/shout), I got banned by Bob. I think Bob is quite a nice moderator and helper as he is fair to almost all people, he mostly bans people at the right time and with the reason (but he sometimes bans people when they shouldn't get banned and it was probably a misunderstanding), but I think that staffs are dangerous and we should always keep in mind we use our typing wisely. I have a request improvement for Meepcraft banning and I will say it out now: "Please let the person who wants to ban 'ask' the person who was going to be banned a question of was it a misunderstanding or it was a real should-be-banned-activity, if the person who was going to be banned acts suspicious and says out "I SHOULDN'T GET BANNED IT WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING EVENT" or something like that, then the person who wants to ban has to find witnesses and proves from other meeps that the person who was going to be banned shouldn't get banned." I hope you find me not advertising on purpose and will remove the permanent ban from me and I hope this time you understand me and the sweat I make for this very long unbanning-hope message (you can see the ton of words I put in my unban-request right above this sentence) and will unban me from Meepcraft. It is true that I really love Meepcraft, it is my favourite server of this year and will always be for the future after this year! I really don't want getting banned here as I wasn't trying to advertise, please unban me. If the ban request is denied then all my friends in Meepcraft will be gone forever, as I only know that on this server I got banned on. I especially miss Dfox44 as I got banned as she always cheered me up and gave me good luck all the time she was online. I love hanging out with her and my other friends in Meepcraft, this server is 5% of my whole life (5%!!! That's a lot!!!), if I got unbanned and found out who have unbanned me I will make a gift for the moderator or helper who unbanned me, the gift will be my own head and 200,000 Meebles (that's all the money i have in Meepcraft). Please unban me, my friends will miss me there.

Just to prove that I have really been banned, here:

 

It's not a misunderstanding if you in fact did say a server name or ip. Whether it was in /msg or /shout it's still considered ads.

 

I didn't even WANT to advertise. I never even wanted ANYONE to know this other server... But I just NEEDED to ASK ONE SINGLE PERSON THAT EXISTS AS A MEEPER did they have a RANK on THAT SERVER, as I was gonna get bullied by him IF I DID NOT ASK HIM THAT QUESTION. I just accidentally PRESSED the WRONG KEY then it sent out through the whole server. Do you Staff Members never FORGIVE?

Unban him or you can re-ban me for advertising.

If it's an accident then you immediately fix the situation and unban them, this server is about keeping the player population up not killing it.

The misunderstanding is that he didn't intentionally advertise another server.
Rule #2 after #1 in moderating is that if ads are accidents they don't get permanent or temporary bans; they get warnings.

If accidental or not its still a perm ban. Advertising isn't really tolerated. Neither is insulting a staff member. Any staff member can reply to bans, Candy. Saying our "brains are too small" etc IS NOT helping you. Saying any server name is advertising, whether you mean it or not. I understand this may have been an accident but people can report you for saying other servers name and you can be banned from that so you always need to be careful. (im not saying go tell people other server names lol). Be a little patient and a higher - up staff will approve or deny this. Thank you for appealing & explaining the situation. Also, Don't let people bully you or harass you in game or on forums. Report them if it continues okay?

 

Here's the story. You advertised the server and Sao "Do you have a rank on @&/:-@:930:!,?'$ ? And then after it was in shout, you said the server IP, bypassing the filter. You had to have known that you advertised after shout the server once, and then again. How can we prove that you will never do this again? Your behavior on this appeal is not leaning you towards getting unbanned.

Insulting me or anyone else isn't going to get you anywhere. You don't just accidentally say a servers name or ip? You say it because you think about it then react. So if you want anywhere with this appeal stop insulting people. Also bob can reply to you and stuff but he can't accept or deny this. Only another staff member can because it was his ban. So again as bob asked how do we know you won't advertise again?

 

Candy I want you to apologize to everyone you may have insulted and make a sincere apology for this blunder. If you do that you'll get a 7 day ban and a 50% fine

Yeah, exactly. You can see I typed /g instead of /r. It's a typing mistake, sorry for the mistake that caused all this chaos. I really didn't want to waste your time here. But I really needed to because you banned me and I love this server at the same time, so it's quite a big dilemma!
