This still seems like fairly positive feedback it just seems like Exodus needs to work on arguing. I've seen people get helper and they learn to relax and learn how to better manage arguing. I say that if someone is given the chance to improve when needed they can. So why not let exodus try. Also kissing up to staff isn't kissing butt it's just good strategy so long as it isn't an ongoing and annoying thing, and it may not be kissing up it may be that he truly appreciates staff and decided to show it. So still +1 from me.

+ 0.5 I think with hard work and dedication, you can become a great staff member. I see you helping around in /shout and you are very friendly. Though, sometimes you do lose your temper which you should work on a bit, but everyone does sometimes. The reasons you lose your temper are at least for a reason though, because I lost my temper when I was tired of that same person being rude to everyone for no reason. If you aren't accepted for interview, I would work on the reasons these people say, then reapply eventually. But, other than that, I think you'll someday be a great staff member! Good Luck!
