It means "Citizen to Helper" or "Helper to Mod"... they don't CARE if you donated, they want quality staff.

Rude words are discouraged anywhere on these forums. You don't make the rules for your threads on public forums. You should ask for "constructive" criticism.

I have seen you helping in chat alot. Helpers (not all) never respond to modreqs so I think it is time we get some new ones. Also for anyone saying his app is crap or he is, just stop.

 

We have decided to deny your application. We feel as if your activity in game and on teamspeak is not quite there. While going over your application several of us felt the need to ask, "Who is this?" and if that question is raised its not a very good outcome. I hope you can improve yourself and reapply in no less than 2 weeks.
