Introduction:

Hello! My name is Zebo616, or Zebo for short. I have been involved with MeepCraft for around 8 Months now, and fell In love with it since. In my spare time, I Swim competitively on my Swim Team, participate in my School's Band Program, and Ride my Bike around my Neighborhood. When I'm not doing these things, I like to spend my time playing Meepcraft, wether it's building my Town, hanging out with friends, or playing Skyblock. When I get older, I want to become a Video Game Developer, as I love innovating new ideas, and trying out new things. In my free time, I like to Draw, play the Saxophone, and hang out with irl Friends.

Why you should be Helper/Mod?

Experience: I believe I have lots of experience with Player Commands. Ranging from Skyblock to Towny to Creative, I know almost every Player Command on Meepcraft.

-Towny: I, owning a Town myself, know a wide variety of Commands, such as Renaming Plots, Plot Permissions, Taxes, Promotion/Demotion, and much More!

-Creative: I know many Commands for Creative, such as Biome Changing and Adding/Removing Players To Plots.

-Skyblock: Skyblock is one of my favorite parts to the Server, next to Towny, so after all of my Time Playing, I know almost all of the Commands, such as Inviting/Removing Players, Auctioning Items, Permissions, and other things alike.

Activity: Being involved with the Server for around 8 Months, I have been very active on all 3 Aspects of the Server, getting to know the Community, or just chatting with friends.
-In-Game: I am Active in /shout, talking with people or answering people's questions they ask.
-Forums: I check the Forums around 5 Times a Day, posting in Discussion, giving my opinion in Suggestions or Debates, giving people constructive criticism on their Applications, or trying to answer somebody's Q&A.
-Teamspeak: I am logged in to Teamspeak most of the time, and I try to use it at least a good 30 Minutes a day.

Ban History: I have never been issued a Ban in my entire Meepcraft Career, which I think is impressive, considering I have been Involved with Meepcraft for 8 Months. I believe this shows I respect the Rules, and Abide by them as best I can.


In-Game Helpfulness: Whenever I see someone has asked a question in any form of chat, I try to answer it with an Accurate answer as quickly as I can. I also own a Small Town, as stated above, called PyroCity. I always attempt at getting my Residents settled, showing them around the Town, and answering their questions along the way, all with the best quality I can give it.

Work Ethic: When there is a task at hand, I will get it done in a way that satisfies everyone included in it, in a Manner that is quick and orderly. I work very hard to support my Town's Growth, and it is worth it to see all of the happy Residents that get to build that Mansion they've always wanted to Build, or even be in a Town that lets the Player know that they have a place there. I would work the same way as a Staff Member, wether it's doing Modreqs, or just answering a Player's question(s) in /shout.

Weaknesses:

Maturity: Sometimes my Immaturity can get the best of me. This normally happens when I am hanging out with friends, I end up acting less Mature, wether it's in my tone of my words, or how it is said in general. However, I have been trying to subdue this, and it seems to be working well. Although this is a problem, I do not believe it will get in the way of me being a Staff Member.

Grudges: When it is severe enough, I tend to hold Grudges against people. It could be any reason, small or huge. This affects the way I communicate to the Player, and could even offend him/her. I have been fighting this problem recently, and It is getting better overall. I have forgiven most of the players that I have held a Grudge onto, and have found it hard to actually hold a Grudge against someone. This problem will be contained, and it will not effect my Preformance as a Staff Member.

Even from the timezone difference, I see you a lot. We *used to* team up in centrum (granted with just stone swords) and I haven't seen any grudges or bad behaviour from you. You're an active player, if not in /g helping as much as you could and overall +/-

Cons:

-never see you helping in shout
-mini mods on forums/in-game from time to time

 

From your app you obviously don't know how to interact with others by starting a conversation, you only do the simple things like help/talk etc. You are obviously so desperate for this position that you act like a staff member on the forums on ban appeals and player reports. -1.

This is your response to Bob's Helper application. In his application, he describes, very vaguely, why he was demoted.

Either you like lying or don't think before you say something. I don't want any staff member to possess either of these traits.

I only see you being a nuisance and harassing people in chat. Every once and a while you'll shout someone an answer, but that doesn't make up for your sarcasm and rude-ness.

 

Zebo, We're kinda friends and all, but I think you should get way more active in-game, and helping out players in shout would be amazing.
