Introduction: Hello! As many of you know, my name is Scoowby or Crazysponge4464. I joined Meepcraft about 1 and a half years ago and since then, it has been my favorite server. My favorite part of Meepcraft is the forums. Forums enlighten my day. I feel like I can relate to the players that are on forums. We all have feelings for each other and I appreciate that. In my everyday life, I play Basketball and I swim in a swim league. I go to a public school and attend many festivals and concerts. I have been working very hard to have more experience and activity since I last applied about 6 months ago. I have been working hard to familiarize with the new players and make them feel like Meepcraft has a kind, active, and helpful community. I honestly can`t put into words how much you guys are helpful humorous and kind. I really can`t, you guys are just amazing! I joined forums on September 10th, 2013. 4 more days until one year, woohoo! Since then I have been focusing on helping people in game and mostly, on forums. I have learned a lot from Chaos, practically because she is pretty much the best forums mod you could ever have! I have learned how to make friends on this server as well. The hardest challenge for me is probably being active in /shout. I tend to get lost in the comments and nobody really sees what I say. But I have been trying my hardest and putting my greatest effort into being more active in shout!

Why you should be Helper/Mod ?

Responsibility: I am very responsible when it comes to finishing tasks and helping new players with learning all of the commands. I try to be a role model for them and help them every step through the way! Responsibility was one of my biggest weaknesses since my last application and I have since then tried to improve my responsibility. Responsibility is no longer one of my weaknesses, it is one of my strengths.

Work Ethic: I am always positive when it comes to work. I try my hardest to get the job done well but not rushed. I do a lot of work for free, I help new players find a town and help them build their houses as well as help them collect recourses in the wild.

Justification: I always complete the task I am assigned no matter how hard or challenging it may be. Introducing new players to the server may be difficult and frustrating but in the long run, it pays off. These new players will be the future staff. We have to treat them with respect and give them a chance.

Involvement: I tend to stay out of argumentative issues if they are between well experienced players. If two new players are arguing, I usually step in and try to solve the issue in a kind manner without resulting in somebody getting in trouble.

Experience: I have been on meep for a while. Since I joined, I have improved a lot and I have helped other players improve as well. When I first joined, I saw no chance of me ever becoming a staff member. Then one day, my friend got well known. He went straight from new player to becoming popular. In this, I saw an actual chance of people actually knowing who I am.

Dedication: When I am assigned any job, I find pride in it. I tend to stray from bragging because it may lead into arguments. When I am assigned a job, I will not give up until it is completely finished.

Respect: I always respect everyone when I first meet them. As many people say, "Never judge a book by its cover". This is one of the most meaningful quotes to me because it not only describes how you should act towards books but it also describes how you should act towards other players and peers. Respect in my opinion is one of the most meaningful traits of any person.

Patience: I am and have always been very patient. When helping new players, they can seem to ask "stupid questions". To me, there is no such thing as a stupid question. Every question has a meaning and is worth something. When I was in elementary school, I was a preschool helper. For this job, I had to be very patient. The preschoolers were always whiny and antagonistic. Once you got to know them and they got to know you, they seemed like they had learned how to keep themselves calm. The point of that story was not to compare new players to preschoolers but to explain how everybody is whiny and antagonistic until you get to know them and their personality.

Maturity: I believe that I am overly mature for a 13 year old. I tend to be humorous sometimes but it is never overboard. I try to stay out of hurting anybody`s feelings.

Weaknesses: I will admit, I have many weaknesses. Some of them might not be as bad as the others but I still have them. Everybody has weaknesses no matter how "Perfect" or "Charming" you are.

Attitude: Sometimes when handling situations, it can seem like I have a bit of an attitude. Most of the time, I never really notice that I am speaking in an argumentative or non passive way. I have lately been working very hard on this weakness and it has gotten progressively better over time.

Over-Achieving: I honestly couldn`t decide whether to put this into the "Why" section or to insert it here. I decided to put it here because, overachieving can sometimes be annoying and difficult to cope with but it can also be a strength. I have been working hard on still overachieving but in a less annoying way.
Conclusion: In conclusion, I believe I should become a staff member because of my many traits which make me helpful and for the most part, kind and respectful. I appreciate any feedback whether it is negative or positive. All feedback helps me grow and become more mature! Thank you for your time and consideration!

Our time zone's are similar, but I have never seen you in-game, so step up your in-game activity! As for Team Speak, I have never once seen you on there either, so get on more often! It's a great way to interact and get involved with the community! As for the forums, you're activity here is impeccable.

As for now, I'd have to say -1. If you reapply with some improvements in the future, you're certainly getting a +1 from me!

When you go on to ts, the thing pop up and told you to change your username to your ign. It's been a while. I don't think you don't do ts a lot.

Scoowby, you are a very nice person. However, I have never seen you in /g (same timezone). I also don't see you on forums much. Overall however, I give you a +1. I've known you for a long time, and I think you are ready.

EDIT: I have also never seen you on TS, and that one might change my vote, but for now, +1.
