Um I want to see it. "Few days ago" Date please, please killer stop lying I never diced with you, ask chaase5/blackphantom2216/Creeper2812/Metr0n0me/Colonels64 and just people who is playing ig when im on is the only people I dice, I never diced against you.

You're dedicated and you have the confidence, I'll give-ya that. But that's not all there is to being a staff member. Being too confident leads to arrogance, and just by reading your application, I can tell you're overly confident. Now onto the point.

To begin, your application is full of confidence. Yes, that may be a good thing, but only to a certain degree. "I justify, I AM READY!" That quote easily shows what I mean by having too much confidence. When you act like you're a lot better than before, it seems like you're above yourself now.

Furthermore, you're persistence is over the charts. Now, it's not a bad thing to be persistent, but there's a time when you need to back down. If you can't get past even into the Interview stage after nine applications, that simply means you aren't trying and following all the tips given. It's like being a bull (excuse me for the bad example). You keep on ramming a mountain until it collapses and falls upon you. That's not a good thing to happen, you should learn how to stop. Or backing from an argument. In this application, I've saw countless fights from you, asking for evidence where you scammed. If you want to discuss things like that, do it away from the app.

Additionally, you're application hasn't gotten better over the course of eight months. This time it seems like you're using tons of spacing. If you want to make your application long, make it so that it's easily readable. No one wants to read through 800 words with double spacing in between every short paragraph.

Likewise, you don't exactly have the best reputation in Meepcraft. Most people think of you as an annoying (immature) person who's constantly chattering along, sometimes excluding people. There's a reason for having a good reputation, along with a reason for a bad reputation. Reputation comes with actions, meaning you did bad things which resulted in bad reputation. Maturity is the biggest problem I see coming from you. Every person has to have a little fun now and then (as you don't want a robotic staff member...), but you don't want to act like a complete brat in front of everyone. Not saying you are, but maybe work on it more? I haven't really seen any improvement from you other than your activity and a bit of maturity. At least now you don't fight on every post.

Your abrasive and bashful personality makes you seem like a hypocrite though, like your comments on staff applications. I usually see you -1 people for the exact same things you need to work on. If you know about it, then work on it. In a like manner, I thought you knew about the etiquette of not replying to every post. You've stated that you've been here for eight months and are very experienced, so you should act like it.

I'm kind of getting a bit tired of seeing your applications. Every time I see it, I feel like it's going to be twice as good as the last time, but you've always proven me wrong.

To summarize, you aren't close to ready due to your immaturity, arrogance, and bashfulness. Good luck, but -1. I didn't really beat around the bush this time, so it might sound a bit harsh :3

I don't like the way you have been treating other players and how you have been talking I staff in player reports. I feel like you have to quick of a temper and you are letting that get you into trouble. Sorry

Apparently you think greifing in the wild is illegal.

 

I feel as if you've matured over the past few weeks. You've been a lot easier to talk to and have not been volatile towards me as you were before. That said, that alone is not reason to accept you.

You obviously have dedication to the server, not quitting after multiple staff applications denied is almost remarkable. This, coupled with your activity, is definitely a good combination. Your timezone is not a plus by itself but it is convenient that you can be on at times when most people on the other side of the globe (the vast majority of staff members included) so we can cover the server at all times.

You also are a veteran member to some extent. You have been here long enough to get to know the server and its rules. You have also broken a few (mostly in the past), but you did take a full week to decide to pay Cokeballs3. You clearly got the short end of the stick in that thread and had nowhere to go, so you decided to delay it as long as you could, but in the end, you toughened up and paid him, however, it would be better for this application if you did that earlier. Much earlier.

However, you have a history of...questionable actions and such. That history does not really continue on to now, but you are still too irresponsible for staff. That's not to insult you - but responsibility is not an easy thing to master. The same goes with trustworthiness. On a totally unrelated note, you turned on PvP in a town and killed everyone, including innocents. However, they were warned enough times to be able to leave.

You are still very young and inexperienced. This does not mean you would not make a bad staff member, because you are experienced on the server itself, but it's just something to look two when you are forced with a tough decision to make.

Lastly, there are many negative opinions of you in the community for varying reasons. Some people keep a grudge but others have a valid reason and you want to be somewhat well-liked and accepted. Take time to restore your image on the eyes of people who once disliked you.

I'm not sure if I should give you a vote here. Personally, I say you should be given a try as staff, but one part of me has doubts. Overall, the only way we will know is by giving you the trial I feel you need. +1

You have to accept the criticism, don't report it.

You are obviously hurt by that.
If you being hurt by something that little and simple, good luck being a staff. I give staff crap all the time, only because I love them. But if you can't take this. I can't imagine the slightest of you becoming staff.

You would think staff are loved by the community. But most of the time, they aren't. And you reacting in a way like this, will never get you through.

 

Clearly, I know the rules. But what he did was promising not to do anything on the grinder, but okay, I'll accept it. That report is denied, even though, What I think of him is not a friend anymore. I'll try to become neutral with him. Thanks for the criticism anyway!

How many times have you applied? How many times have you been denied? Each time, we tell you things to work on and each time, you say you will, but you don't. You never really help anyone at all; all you do is work on your MeepMall. I feel like if you became staff, you would consult neither the rulebook nor the higher-ups and ban for convenience. I could make a list of reports you made that were ridiculously absurd...*ahem* griefing in the wild *ahem* and you have been reported for scamming multiple times. I feel that you are power-hungry and not able to be trusted in such a position of power. Your personality is usually unlikable also, and as Mcle said, you really can't be unpopular within the community and be accepted.

Pros
Even if you do get helper, you would screw up so fast you would get demoted in a day, so we wouldn't have to deal with it for too long.

I do help people, I'm not desperate, I'm not power-hungry, I posted that report of griefing in the wild because we posted rules and I trusted that guy, anyways I dont trust him anymore after what he did. Thanks for this though!

 

This is not intended as a stab at you; I just feel that you wouldn't work well with the higher-ups in the staff team and would probably rack up quite a few instances of insubordination.
