The fact that you have been applying ever since you joined makes me a bit suspicious of your motives. On the other hand, you seem to have come a long way from when you joined earlier this year. Nevertheless, you still have a long way to go before I +1 this, and lack many of the traits needed for staff. However, I do feel as if you have the potential to become a staff member, you have simply not reached it yet. I would suggest that wait until you feel that the community would be more excited to have you as helper before reapplying, as the continuous stream of staff apps makes you look desperate.

After eleven applications, it becomes pointless to even read it, and being staff member should rarely be based on an application.

I'm reading through these comments and I really don't see anything that is so "Disrespectful" that I cannot believe it. As a staff member you will (without a doubt) have more disrespectful comments towards you, than you will with an application... you need to be able to deal with it. In that respect gummi has actually earned a few points in my book, he has not tried to backfire on a lot of these comments like what I have seen in the past.

Like you said, he has applied a lot... he should be expecting this. I would call it "Dedication" if he worked harder to improve himself with the comments he has been given.

No they don't NEED to do something about these "rude" comments, and no they really are not against the rules (Unless I have missed something).

Really not trying to be rude here, but who the hell do you think you are with the "When something is done I would like to be notified what actions were done". What actions were done is not your business, you are free to use the little report button at the bottom of each comment and leave it at that.

Johnsey I still have some respect for you, please do not think I am trying to hate on you. However I really do not agree with what was said here.

You haven't improved at all since I last saw an application from you - this comes as a huge surprise to me because you were making rude comments to people before the application and I didn't think you would apply for Helper after all that. I am your friend in-game but these Helper applications need to stop, you have to spend at the least one month thinking about what you did wrong and at the same time fixing those. My friends making the remarks above have their reasons and I'm not here to restate them - instead, I would like to say that you haven't improved on anything and there really is no point in applying again since you've been denied around seven times now. Why do you think anything will change?

Anyway, the application was actually pretty solid. I have always found those bullet points as lazy because people can't figure out a way to connect everything using simple words, but everyone does that bullcrap so I can't really say anything else about it. Even I did on my staff application. Then I saw that staff is not right for me. When something is wrong or someone screws up - I will point it out. This reminds me of you. Your latest comments, as highlighted by people above, were indeed rude and not constructive, let alone material that a member of the staff would post. Your forums conduct is comparable to that of pizzafest (and even he makes more constructive posts, the main flaw of his being his inability to type in English) in that you are rude to people when they criticize you (albeit not all the time).

I don't see that much has changed. You keep talking about MeepMall, and while it is a large project and I do understand the excitement and why you would actually want to hype it up, it's probably a household name in MeepCraft because of the plethora of times you have brought it up. It is on the verge of spamming, but just barely not. I do see why you want to join the staff team so that you can give back to MeepCraft for it helping you and giving you a place to have fun and I see why you want to get involved, but this is not the way. Not for now. Once you turn fourteen that will be a large barrier overcome and if you improve on your maturity and conduct you will be staff material. I see potential, just not in the near future.

You sometimes do swear in shout. This is indirectly with the usage of common shortenings, but you still do. Staff members typically do not exhibit this behavior. Your recent posts on the forums were also unconstructive, not to mention half rude. I liked that you realized your temper in the weaknesses section of the application. You, however, need to also mention that you can act without thinking, which is probably the main reason behind why your posts are this way, and I don't usually see you making that constructive or helpful post. You're not a bad player.

I'm not going to use any humorous images or GIF files in this comment. Instead, I would like to tell you to improve on those features, because in all seriousness, I don't believe you are a bad player. The community needs to be able to trust you not to abuse your power, to be mature and helpful as well as kind in all situations, something that is a large part of being a staff member. In conclusion, thank you for reading and please do take my advice. It will take a few months, but then you will be able to apply again. Don't do it again this year. 2015 is not far away. Improve for at least that long and you will be ready. Show that you can be staff quality forever, not just for a few days.

Gummi, I seriously don't believe you're a good choice for staff. The app was above average, you have impressive activity, and you don't seem to be mean or rude, which are always appreciated. Besides that, though, there's many things you need to get better on. You don't seem to be making a great connection with the community, as I see you mainly advertising /pwarp MeepMall then actually participating in shout. Your maturity isn't very good, as you seem to rage fairly easily and don't seem to currently posses some intellectual abilities that are vital to becoming a quality staff member. It appears that the reason you strive to be staff just to be staff than to really contribute to Meep's betterment. Gummi, I'm at a -1 for now, and, if I was you, I'd wait until I've made some major improvements before applying again. Sorry if it seems like I was having a GummiBirr roast fest (I'm a vegetarian anyway so I don't roast gummy bears because they have gelatin, which I can't eat because it comes from boiling skin, tendons, and other parts of cows and/ or pigs), as I wasn't. I was just stating my opinion on why, currently, staff isn't a great vocation for you and it wouldn't be an exceptional choice for MeepCraft either.

 

Some of these comments are so disrespectful, I can't even believe it. I hope staff deal with it or else I won't be happy.

Meep staff must do something about these rude comments; they are against the rules.
When something is done, I would like to be notified and what actions were done!

Gummi, you're a great friend and a genuinely nice person once someone gets to know you.
However, I just can't see you as staff right now. Especially after you apparently harassed 2 players and took the matter into your own hands, when you should've stayed calm and waited for staff to handle the situation. You even received a 30 minute ban.
It's a -1 for now, I need to see you getting more involved in /g, maturing up and then possibly, maybe early next year, I'll change my opinion and vote.

The fact that you just called me a mini-mod after spelling out a simple format to you is immature and outright rude.

I don't think you realise how much work being a staff member is, so calling their bans "bs" is again immature on your behalf. I don't know if anyone told you that being a staff member is fun and easy, but if they did you're being trolled. Don't kid yourself if you think being a staff member is just a title and a few colours.
