Introduction: Hello MeepCraft. I am Jamez564 or JamezMeep. I am a former staff member of other servers and the creator of Five Nights at MeepCraft. I have been on the server since August 2012 (It's accurate). I have come over to try for MeepCraft as this is the server I look up to and like the most. I am a Meteorologist and for those who do not understand what a Meteorologist is, It is a scientist who studies the weather and the environment. Basically a weather forecaster. I am a student in the UK in a high school called Brayton College or Brayton High School. I specialize in Geography or Humanities, Science, ICT (Mostly) and Maths. They may seem like some of the most boring subjects but I like these. Okay before I get into the main part of my Application I would like to specify for those who do not know, I have been inactive on the Team Speak lately but I have started going back onto the server this past week. I will be more active as the week progresses and I will try to get more active in /shout as well. Also I come on at really awkward times as well which include extremely early in the morning to some what late every night. Okay for what you have been waiting for, here is my application.

Why you should be Helper?
Okay so to start off with my Application, I would like to address my Strengths first off and what I feel are my key major points that I could offer for the server. To start off (I will go into more detail later in the Application), I have a lot of experience with handling mass amounts of players (More than on Meep Lately), and owning a server which has about equal player levels to what MeepCraft has now. My Dedication as well has grown while I have been staff members of a wide range of servers and my confidence to speak in front of people and not cower to do the wrong thing. I have had no extremely bad ban history which I will go into detail in later. So now I will go into more detail on these subjects.

Have you had any Experience?
Okay so my Experience I believe puts me up a level with my General knowledge of staff. I have had multiple ranks across several servers, Greater and Smaller than MeepCraft. One of the things I would like to point out before I go into the different servers is that I have owned a server, well multiple servers so I collected the basics from there.
First, to make this professional I will mention no names but I will specify the size of the server. This particular server was large. In the time and now it has got the name of the #1 Creative server and to be specific, now and then it gets solid 800 players all the time. That server was quite hard to collect staff from as I had to go through 2 applications and an Interview with the Administrators and then the owner himself. I resigned as I got bored of that server and moved onto another.
Secondly, I moved over to a smaller server (Which is still bigger than Meep is), which was another creative server which was smaller but what caught my attention was that one of the Admins from the other creative server was a Moderator on the server I moved to. It surprised me and she told me to apply for staff so I could get accepted. This one had around and it does now, about 300-400 players last time I checked. This was a particularly easy one but I still count it.
Further More, I moved to a smaller server with around 10 players which was shut down (Actually I was the owner but It was given to me as a present but I never actually realized it), and I became Moderator, then Admin and then the Owner. This server was nice but I moved on from there.
Finally, I moved to a community I knew longer than the other (but not Meep as MeepCraft was my first server), and helped develop the games for their new Minigames server. I went from Minigames Builder to Minigames Tech to Minigames Mod in just a couple of weeks. I later got op on the server but I did not abuse my powers. It now has 200+ players on from the 10 when I first joined.
I have Lastly come to MeepCraft and I hope to stay here for as long as I can before moving on in a couple of Months (Probably Longer).

Dedication: So over my Experience, I think my dedication is about equal to the Experience section. So to start off, I like to set goals to achieve over a set period of time (Mainly a Month). That is like a new years resolution but only Monthly. I try to stay away from weekly ones but monthly is good enough. So my goals normally consist of getting a new goal for messages on the forums or something like increase your time or Hours online by like 40%. If I do not complete the goal, I thin about what I need to do to improve and work on to achieve it next time.
Dedication in all my work. A famous quote was given which was "If you do not give 100% in all you do, you will never succeed in life." I follow this and take it into consideration of what I do in school, on the forums, on the computer and in everything really.

What is your Performance like?
As I say in my dedication section, I like to set goals for the month to try and achieve. If I don't I work on it. My targets are quiet hard to get but my performance normally covers it for me. I normally try to be the first one or first staff to answer in game or on the forums.
Some of the skills I bring to the server are ones that all the staff members have, Concentration skills, typing skills, Professionalism Skills (All these are in fact skills). I try to be focused through out the time as being a part of the staff team but I do try to have fun with the server and the community as well.

If you were staff, would you get Involved?
As A staff Member I normally try to get as involved as I can through the forums and the game as well. If there is a game that some one wants to play I go there, If someone asks for assistance I go there, I congratulate people when they donate. I believe it to be manners as well as being involved. I do try to be there at every event that happens on the server and I take part in most of the server's competitions (e.g, MeepCraft Trailer Competition, Bass_Flows building of a spawn Competition and other building competitions), and in most of the forum games.
I try to get involved in some of the meetings, for example the chat with Fuzzlr is one of them. If the staff organized a meeting to be arranged for lets say, later on this day, I would try to be at that meeting so I do not give an impression of laziness.

Do you have a Ban History?
Yes in fact I do and it was from Fuzzlr for 2 hours as I was saying, "Fuzzlr you are not kicking me off the server!", as he was going to kick everyone and he banned me instead to I think say "I have power over you." That I believe was my only ban and it was not for a Crime on the server either.

What are your current Weaknesses?
To start off with, the biggest weakness is my team speak activity. Even though it is not the best at the moment, it is gradually getting better as the year goes on.
If something or a case goes on for ages, I may get bored and drop out of it as my determination to complete something is not the best either but is getting better.
Patients, I have an alright patients but I do get bored of the same thing over and over again. I can go on for hours but anymore than that, I have to do in chunks.
Raging at games, I know this may not be necessary but Minecraft is in fact a game. If I have tried to complete something for a while and I am making no progress with it, I rage. An example of this will be the Ultimate City Parkour.
Sarcasm, I can add sarcasm into things but sometimes it is not at the right moment. I can control this though.

What is your Conclusion?
Okay so over all the things on my application (Dedication, experience, ban history...), I think that I could offer a lot to the staff team. With the experience I have had I think I would fit in nicely as a staff but I am not a desperate person for the staff team as I may have been last year.

-.5 Jamez564, I would like to say, besides some grammar mistakes, the application was very impressive. It brought up many legitimate points on why you'd make a quality staff member, but my issue is I don't see you ever actually do them. I don't see you online or on TS very often, although it may be timezones because you're in England and I'm in Georgia, but your forums activity isn't very high. I do see you have some dedication though, especially with the awesome Five Nights at MeepCraft video. I do see you have potential as a staff member, just the activity needs to pick up !

I don't see you in-game ever at all (our time zones aren't incredibly different, and yesterday I was also on for 16 hours..), You seem to make a good input on the forums, however except for your own threads I barely see you posting. Tbh the application was pretty bad, and I've never seen you on ts, either.

As I stated in the Application and to another in the comments, I did resign and those servers are from my past so I am no longer staff on those servers

 

-.5 Seeing all the negative feedback this application is getting, I can assume not many players see you as staff material. I can agree as your activity on all levels is poor and you are too immature for Helper, let alone Moderator. That said, I have no doubt that everyone would be happy to help you gain more maturity and strengthen your weaknesses.
