Introduction:

Hi! I am Emmett but most of you know me as emmettz24. I am 14 years old and participate in many honors classes in my middle school. Outside of Meepcraft I participate in many different activities including Volleyball and Lacrosse. I have much experience being a leader as I was staff from May 2014 to early June 2014. I did resign due to problems at home, which I’ll talk about later. I also participate in school ASB. ASB is a class I take where we set up school activities, help the new students, and other things to better our school. In my free time, Meepcraft is my favorite server that I play on a regular basis. I participate in the community, forums, and chatting with the community over skype and TeamSpeak. I am a Co-Mayor in GingerManOWNS town Butterland in Alpha and beta. Being a previous staff member, I feel I have the potential to help out other players. I love the community and am so grateful to be surrounded by great friends and family.


Why you should be Helper?

I feel I have many abilities and have much potential to be a staff member. Being a staff member, would give me an outstanding opportunity to better the Meepcraft community in all 3 aspects of the server.

Experience ~

Being a Helper earlier this year, I feel that I have much knowledge in being a staff member, and feel that my experience is a extremely big perk in being a staff member, because I know the commands, I know how staff works, and I feel I did a decently good job as a staff member before. Besides being a previous Helper, I am very strong with commands and knowledge in all areas of the server. I feel my strongest area in terms of commands is Towns Alpha and Beta. Like I stated earlier, I am a Co-Mayor of Butterland Alpha and Beta. Butterland is a thriving town ran by GingerManOWNS. In Butterland, I do a lot of Building, helping, and other things to help Butterland Grow as a town.


Dedication ~

I have dedicated most of my free time to Meepcraft because of its outstanding community and aspects that make it my favorite server. I put Meepcraft in front of all other servers. Dedication is a huge part of being a staff member. I do realize that I wasn’t very active at all for some parts of summer, and I apologize for that. Although that statement is true, I feel that my activity from September to know, has given me more understanding of the server.


Work Ethic ~

As a previous staff member, I feel that my ability to complete modreqs was good because I had a high modreq count as my time being a staff member. I completed my modreqs by completely informing the player and answered their question in depth. I know a lot about Meepcraft and the expectations in being a staff member, and feel that I have the potential to fulfil the role. I know this may sound Cliché, but I feel I would be outstanding as Helping, and I feel that I can help people with the server.


Involvement ~

I am very involved in all 3 aspects of the server. I talk a lot to the community in global chat. In global chat I have great conversations and am very thankful for the people around me. I am active on TeamSpeak, as I talk to my friends and other people. And lastly, I am a Well-Known Member on forums. I participate in debates, discussions and other places all around forums.


Weaknesses:

Immaturity ~

I struggle to be as mature as I can. As a previous staff member, I feel I had let my power get to me, and was often immature and felt I was better than everyone. I feel I have a good character and am funny at times. This is a strength and a weakness. It’s a weakness because I sometimes don’t know when to stop, when messing with someone in a jokingly way.


Defensive ~

I am a very defensive person and I will have a very strong belief about something. This may be a good thing, but more importantly it means that I easily get into an argument over something I think is right. For example: When I was a staff member, there would be times when I had an opinion over a matter, and someone else had a different opinion I felt was wrong. I would then create an argument over something that didn’t even have much effect on Meepcraft at the time.


Resignation: (This is not a weakness, just wanted to talk about it as I feel it’s important to know why I resigned.)

On July 18th, 2014, something very rough happened in real life. My mom divorced my dad. I took this as a very big shock, as it would change the way I live forever. I felt that it was time to step down from helper, and take a break. I mentioned in my resignation thread (http://www.meepcraft.com/threads/my-resignation.29385/) that I would most likely come back to staff and reapply sometime in fall. I feel that I have settled with the fact that my parents divorced and feel that I now have enough time and effort to be a staff member, as staff takes up a lot of time.


Conclusion:

Overall I feel that I have the ability to fulfil being staff in a strong manner. Comments of any kind will be very appreciated and taken into though. But please, only post constructive criticism, and please don’t be biased in any positive or negative way.

Although I've seen you a bit on in-game, it hasn't been enough to be Staff.
I don't see helping in shout or much talking in shout for that matter.
I don't see you on forums a lot as well.
Apparently you're on the watch list also. Not exactly what's expected from a member on the Staff team...
