Introduction:

Hello everyone! As you may know, I am Jonathan (BobJonCreeper). I’m 14 years old and I live in Florida. I’m currently enrolled in 9thgrade with all PRE-AICE 10thgrade classes (PRE-AICE is basically pre-AP), besides Drama and Digital Design. When I’m not at that odious place called “school” I enjoy reading, writing poetry, riding my bike, swimming, and hanging out with my friends. My favorite pastime would have to be photography, aside from being on Meep of course. I have been on MeepCraft for a little over a year and the forums for almost a year now. I’ve been a part of the astounding staff team once already as you might remember. Almost every of my moments on Meep have been enjoyable, and it has still yet to become a humdrum for me. I’d like to think that I’m rather friendly and if you haven’t talked to me, feel-free to message me either on forums, skype, or in-game. I’d be glad to have a chat with you!

Why you should be Helper?:

Background: As I said above, I have been on the staff team before. I know most of the commands almost by heart from the prior 2+ months on the team. I have a document still saved with all the basic prism commands and radius's, player report format, and little tips and tricks for when I was on the team for myself to remember. Whenever I got on as a Helper, /check would be done almost immediately and would be repeated every 7 or so minutes until I got off. I’m sure I understand how to perform the necessary tasks and duties as a Helper.

Dedication: My routine when I get home from school is usually going to the gym, doing my homework, and then getting on MeepCraft. I can honestly and truthfully say I was online for at least an hour everyday during my last 2 month run as a staff member. It’s not necessarily a “job” for me. I find it enjoyable to help out the community and it relaxes me. Even after being demoted, I still continued to say things in chat and help out as much as I could, because it’s relaxing.

Work Ethic: I think it’s safe to say that I am a rather hard worker. I know how to accomplish the actions as a staff member pretty efficiently, as I remember being online doing modreqs, before Helpers could check their count. I asked either abby or Devil to check my count, and after they told me it, they said I was doing modreqs at the rate of Helpers last year and that I should keep the great work up. This made a big deal to me. It showed myself and others that I wasn’t someone just taking up a position on the team. That I was dedicated and actually trying. I would stay on for hours when I was staff. When no one else was on, I’d be online. There aren’t many “late night staff” on the team as I’ve seen. Usually around 12:00pm – 2:00am (EST) staff numbers are low. I have insomnia and like to stay up until then. I’d be able to moderate when no one or not many members are on to ensure a good experience for all and not to leave work piled for the next staff member on to do. I did this exact thing last time.

Weaknesses:

Impatience: When waiting for something or someone, I tend to get impatient. If I’m not occupied by something else then I may get irritated or annoyed. I’m usually able to find something to keep me engaged like modreqs or talking to people. But I may get antsy after an extended time.

Short-temperament: I have a very low tolerance for some people, and can, at times, get angry at others. I have this problem in real life also, so I know how to deal with it pretty easily. But I may snap at someone in vexation if they’re being an annoyance to me or the server.

AFK: I usually like to AFK (Away From Keyboard) in various places when doing other things such as Forums, school-work, or checking social media. It’s never for more than 15 minutes. Around 5-7 just to check things out. So I may not respond right away to a message in-game if I receive one while AFK’ing.

Maturity: Although I’d like to think I’m mature 24/7, I know that’s simply not true. I am rather mature most of the time, but once in a while I’ll stop being uptight and play around with people in the community.

Joking: To add onto the “Maturity” factor, I tend to joke around with people on the server and it may come off as annoying to other players. I can stop that, but I do like to have fun and did this last time I was on the team. I didn’t get very many complaints about it, but if I do I will control the joking habits.

History: I was banned and demoted from my prior position as a staff member. I made a very stupid choice, and paid for it. I have apologized numerous times and made amends with a few higher-ups, and am still friends with a couple of them. I’d like to move on from this and show everyone that it was a vacuous mistake, and I've learned from it.

Conclusion:

To conclude, I am truly sorry about what I did the last time I was entrusted with the rank of a staff member. It was completely and utterly stupid. I wish I could go back and knock some sense into myself, but I can’t. All I can do is try to move forward. As the great Canadian-American actress Mary Pickford once said, “The past cannot be changed. The future is yet in your power.” I plan to go forward. I have learned from my blunders but I will not let my faults stop me nor am I going to hide them from anyone. The things I have done have been done. I regret them fully, but will not let them influence my decisions.

I hope you can see that I am truthfully sincere and would, more than anything, be ecstatic to have another chance at being a part of MeepCraft’s untiring and amazing staff team.

I don't really know your past and you very well.

I really don't know exactly what happened with you before; but you seem to be applying pretty quickly which is so surprising to me.
Now I see, you relise you did stuff wrong and abused your position which is ridiculously un-right. For my concerns; the community shouldn't trust you at all during this time. Even though I forget what you did since I don't pay attention to meep anymore; you were banned. Thats just explain to me how extreme it must of been.

I additionally don't exactly see you being helpful in shout and etc.

I would like you to explain to me why/what you did in the past so I can understand it a bit more.

I would appreciate a response telling me what you did to get demote/banned.


Anyways; without knowing what you did...

Dedication?? - You have absolutely no dedication if you abused meep in some way or the other. If you are dedicated you care about meep and clearly wouldn't be banned for any actions whilst staff.

Learning from your mistakes is a huge thing; but applying so soon is another issue I see.

Also this is not matter if you are sorry, you broke a major rule. It was a miracle that you got unbanned, but you shouldn't be staff ever again.

I'm sorry bob but i feel like you must wait longer then you did, I feel i can't trust you at this time due to that ban that happened, You still have a long way to go to gain the trust you broke.

 

I don't know if I took your comments the wrong ways, but the wording didn't seem to have a good vibe towards Bob.

Sorry if I was unclear. But I'll tell you what happened.

I'm on quite a bit. Usually answer people's questions or remind them to be careful with what they say. I don't see you much on either, might be that? Don't know.

I was tp'ed into Old Castle Spawn, (This one) by someone who will remain anonymous. I made my way around there and found the Old AdminShop. TnT was being sold for 215 meebles per stack. I unthinkingly bought multiple stacks and sold them, profiting a lot. The money was never used. I was banned and demoted shortly after.


Two kill two birds with one stone,

Although you may not see it, I am truthfully dedicated to MeepCraft. After being banned, I searched for other servers to play. I even got staff on another. It wasn't the same. MeepCraft is genuinely one of the most unique places I've been. I don't even see it as a Minecraft server anymore. I see it as a place to be with friends. I've made many great friends on here and continue to do so everyday.

To stray off topic for a second. I just wanted to say, many of you don't trust me. I understand that. I broke your trust, I get it. But even as I was banned, people wanted me back as staff. @DevilSpawn112 did something that right even now makes me feel so happy and much better about what I did. She asked me, no leading up or anything, if I would be an assistant in DreamCraft when I come back. She had no reason to do this whatsoever. As a few of you stated, "I can't be trusted". But she obviously saw past it. She said, word-for-word, "I think everyone does something stupid at least once in their life. You seem like a promising young soul. I have no doubt that you will only improve from this." I hope she's okay with me sharing this.

Back to your comments, I feel as though even if it has been a month since returning, I have matured. I understand what I have done is wrong. It was not acceptable in any way, shape, or form. But I love MeepCraft. Being a part of it's staff team was something I enjoyed thoroughly. It was not work for me. It wasn't a burden. It was actual fun to help people. To answer people's questions and help make the server a better place was one of the greatest experiences I've had. And I want nothing more than to prove I am capable of doing it again.

Never did I ever like you bobjon. From day one I was disappointed with your promotion. I told numerous people numerous times that you should have never gotten the promotion and you should be demoted. I hated you so much, after my demotion I went nuts and flipped on you (even though you did do bad, the extent I went to was beyond what I believe of myself. I am sorry for that.). So, with nothing being said and me not really seeing any improvement before we even knew about your mischievous scandal, -1. Not only was your weaknesses longer than your positives, you replied to this app with comments denying what people have said is bad about you.

It's far too soon from the incident to be considering this. It's a long road back from messing up that epicly, as I did as well, and it never ends. I believe you have some potential in you to be a good staff member, but there is a lot of work on with the maturity, mentality, and in general the way you conduct yourself at times. If you truly want to become staff again, I would set my eye on 6 months down the road and use that time to work on the qualities you think will set the apart from the applicant pack.
