I believe that you were alright at your job at staff but I don't think you tried hard enough or put enough effort into your job at meep, although were good mates I don't think that you would fit back in due to immaturity and your lack of work.

 

The only +1 I see is Window lickers. I think you should not be staff you did a BIG no no and where banned for it I think you should stay not staff for atleast a few more months. Sorry -1 Good luck tho

 

I can see that there are many -1's, and I am very appreciative for all your advice, but to everyone who said I need to "wait a few months" or gave me a set number of time to wait, please take that elsewhere. I applied because I felt as though I am ready to return to the team. You don't know if I'll be any better 6 months from now or not. Saying that is like saying you are the overall judge of this application and that until the time you say, I am definitely not ready to be given a chance again. I feel as though I proved my qualities last time as a part of the team. I want nothing more than to be given another chance at it. Although chances are slim, I know there are people who believe in me and can see that I know what I'm doing.
But again, thanks for all the advice some of you gave

 

I'm not saying this to be funny or anything, so don't be offended. The whole purpose of applications are so people can give there opinions on wether you or anyone else should be staff or not. This being I suggest that you don't reply to people comments with negativity, as this reflects on your staff application too. Again please don't take this in the wrong way, just some advice.

 

I respect the fact that you are taking a situation in which you messed up and trying hard to move forward in a positive direction. I hope this direction continues but more time is needed. It was an exploit that really caused a few trust issues, I suggest you keep moving forward and working towards a return.
