Hey Paul, now, I know you may want to become a staff member however, it requires a few things, for a start you need TeamSpeak 3. Also, you needed an application not just this, you need an Intro, Weakness, Conclusion and you can add things in as well.

I strongly reccomend that you try to become more well known in game and on forums/ts. Use the /g command more getting to know the community. Try to be helpful aswell. In forums, try to be at least Active Member before applying.

This application will be denied when a Moderator sees it.
You may re-apply in no less than 2 weeks, although I think you should try to spend a little more time than that.

Re apply with the correct format... You need to explain why you deserve it, weaknesses, etc. this will probably be denied and they will say do not re apply in less than 2 weeks. Also don't edit it. -1

If you are 19, you should be able to follow the directions and have the ability to think things out. Clearly you haven't and don't have those capabilities which concerns your actual age.

You clearly lack the initiative and skill set to do things correctly. This is showing your inability to pay attention.

Re apply after two weeks with correct format.

Next time read the instructions, it is very important.

We would like to see an actual application. In no less than 2 weeks, please reapply with the proper format including the above information, as well as an introduction, "why" section, skills maybe, and a conclusion. Just a few suggestions. Also, you may want to get to know the community and get a teamspeak username. A lot of the players bond on TeamSpeak. Look forward to seeing you around! Good luck!
