It's also considered illegal to not have more/the same number of plots as residents in your town.

 

1. You have no possible methods of knowing my motives.
2. I very well know the rules as of plots. I have 128 currently claimed.
3. The point of making this town is to once again assist new players. All they need to do is mail or msg me for a plot. As I said in the post previous to this one, explanations in my town are posted to help new players.

Back when you were a helper, your second (third?) go around you were by far unexceptional. Consistently, we would have to correct your mistakes, them being huge. You didn't file reported bans, you weren't active on skype so it was incredibly hard to reach you and you never fixed the issues that you had!! Reported ban format isn't hard I can still do it off the top of my head also, making logical bans isn't hard. You banned Hornemans for 7 hours when he killed upwards to 20 people in a luring scheme. The common sense factor on that ban wasn't there. I was extremely disappointed in your previous staff position because I especially advocated for you to have a second chance. This is me advocating against it (mind you my opinion doesn't matter any more) because you're simply not fit for the team.

It is not leaking to say what you did wrong. You were demoted because you didn't do reported bans. For those of you who do not know, reported bans are basically a file cabinet for staff. The fact that you didn't post them left us unbanning people because we had no proof to keep them banned. You not posting proof considerably hindered staff from doing their job correctly.
Of your modreq count, that wasn't in your demotion. However, in your 250-350 modreqs that you claim to have, I can't remember right now what your number was, you had around ~25 ones that needed reported bans. Guess what was never filed? Those 25 and if they were filed they were filed terribly. You completely forgot how to calculate fines, find plots, take pictures of the /res. I'm only being this critical on you because I was a strong advocate for you getting back on staff. However, my trust was misplaced. I want you to succeed and have fun with your life however, staff is not the place for you.

 

Sorry Soul, but I have to change my vote to a -1. After some research, I looked at your reported bans. Many people told you many times to put a fine. You never did. I feel that if you got staff again, you would stay the same way. I'd like to see that you truly changed, and that you are willing to do all the work you have to do.

I agree with Abby quite a bit on this. I haven't seen any change for the better since your demotion to prove you are different and won't go back to the habits of not being around, or not completing the jobs you are meant to do as a staff member. The main reasons that I can recall you being demoted were reported bans not being filed correctly, not doing modreqs correctly as in you would rush through them rather then trying to help the player to get your number up. You also seemed unaware of a few of the rules at the time you were staff which had to be fixed.

Until you are truly dedicated and there's a noticeable change on how you act on the server may it be towards other players or just in general, my vote will be a -1.
