I'm sorry but I'm going to be more than a bit harsh here.
I find you to act idiotic the majority of the time and 90% of your /shouts (that I see) are consisted of ''omg lololololol''
I will admit your work ethic is...okay...from what I've seen but I have seen you doing your lolol thing in shout when I'm sitting here going through 5 modreqs. I know I could have asked for your help, but I shouldn't need too. This is your job.
Your TS activity is lacking. Forum activity is maybe par.
You need a LOT more time.

Not ready for mod

 

You are very qualified. You know all of the things necessary to be a mod. You had a good app, but you are not a serious person. You can work on that a little. +.5 Good luck!

You seem to talk more than work. As good as it is talking in shout, you focus more on talking in shout then doing work.

When you first got staff, you barely knew anything. You would ask me very basic questions that most people knew the command to. As good as it is to ask questions, I don't want you to advance to mod the same way.

Your work ethic could be better. You haven't done a non-chat offense in a long while, and that's not good. You don't have experience with a lot of cases, and that would be bad walking into mod like that.

Your activity overall is great. I see you ingame all the time, you are always talking in shout, and you are on forums a lot. But, when you do use global chat, it's usually "lolol" or "omg" or something. If a mod did that most of the time, that wouldn't be a good thing.

You can get mad very easily. Sometimes, we don't cooperate. But, when things don't go your way sometimes, you get a bit out of control. You should work on controlling this a bit better, because a new helper would be scared of you did that to them.

Your "why" section barely says why you should be mod. It's basically explaining what you have done over the past 2 months, and what it's been like. I would've liked to see more reasons on why you feel ready for the moderator position.

Overall, I feel that you should stay helper a bit longer. You are a great friend, a great helper, just not ready for mod.

Well, most of the time I see you talk in the shout channel, it is stuff like: "<3333, OMG, LOL". Now, when I compare that to the mods we have at this moment, it does not fit the standard. Not saying there is anything wrong with being casual and relaxed, but it is something I would like to be as minimized as possible at a moderator position.

I think you know that I really don't have the most professional opinion of you. Most of the reasons why can be summed up in my post on your helper app which I will quote here:

You will do exactly what you are told in any situation, and you are very stubborn in terms of sarcasm (as I discovered in an earlier thread where you decided to delete your posts) You try to remain extremely positive and will not contribute any criticism to a conversation because it may come off "mean or disrespectful." You are exactly what the staff needs as a Helper, someone to do modreqs and spread the word of Cooleysworld. You are very similar to bbycakes in terms of attitude and the way you converse.

Sorry if this is blunt, but this is currently how I see you. You will do more than fine as a Helper, but until you learn how to criticize someone, I don't see you becoming Mod.

Almost everything above still applies to you today. You are not one, in my honest opinion, that will be blunt and tell people what they are doing wrong. I don't feel you have the personality for that. You are a very kind amiable person, that I don't feel will thrive in a position where you have quite a bit of authority.

There's a huge difference between Helpers and Mods, in terms of power, and whilst I feel you are doing fine as a Helper, until I see a personality shift (which I don't want to force upon you or see at all), I am unsure of seeing you excel as a stable Mod position in the future.

you are easily one of the most biased people i've ever known and rarely positively contributes to a good conversation. I would appreciate if you grew up, just for once, and realized that being staff is a professional issue that requires professional attention. you can take your "bae" stuff back to grade 7, thanks

I think when I first joined, I perhaps shocked you with my abrasiveness at times. But in my experience from not knowing you before, and basing this solely on my experience as somewhat of a "co-worker" I am confident you can handle this position. You have shown repeatedly that you are able to comprehend the concept of moderation in moderating. You understand the need to not only punish for behavior, but to correct behavior through discussion and teaching. I think this is why it did make you a perfect helper, and it'll make you a great moderator, because the role of helper is still very much an aspect of moderation.

I would say the greatest potential issue I can see, is your emotional connection to players can create a bias. However that can be said for everyone, realistically. Fortunately I have seen you identify that bias and have it be known, in preference of a fair judgement. The reason I am +1 you is because I see a role for you as a mod, and I see this role as something that can be quite productive. I often -1 people I consider friends because I try to base solely on a qualification level. Does this person have the competence, and capability to do the job? In your case, I believe the answer is yes.

 

I cant have a picture of me and her as my profile picture and say she is a great staff member? okay....

 

The way you voted on her application is immature and is a prime example of biased votes on staff applications.

Don't get me wrong, I love Courtney but was it necessary to put "OMGG YESS! AMAZING STAFF +1" on her application? Put some reason into your vote.

+/- I mean, you are doing a great job as a helper. All the iinteractions I have had with you have been positive. You are never on Ts though. I have never worked with you. From previous experience with people that act like you, either your work ethic is extremely good or very shoddy. until ik you better I cannot decide.
