Introduction:

Hey, My name is Theo and I am from Brisbane, Australia. I am applying for staff because I would like to have the opportunity to help others in the community. I've been playing on Meepcraft on and off for nearly two and a half years. I remember the earlier stages of Meepcraft with crazy Terrarium fights. W1111am against RacistZebra When there used to be statues of all the staff and how me and AlienVenom had firework party's in Fuzzlr's head. The Ice maze which took me days to finish and so many other great experiences.

Why you should be Helper/Mod ?

I want to be part of the staff team to develop some experience in assisting the community. I have never been a staff member on any Minecraft server but I feel like if I was offered the opportunity to do so I would give it my best shot and try to help the Meepcraft community as much as I could. I'm an assistant in the town of SawFalls and have assisted a lot of residents will plot commands and even teaching them how to make fences haha.

Activity:

Recently I have spent around four hours on Meepcraft a day due to it being holidays here in Australia. When I go back to school in a few weeks I won't be able to spend as much time on Meep but I will still try to help the community.

Involvement:

I am involved in the community and recently I received my one year badge on the forums. (woohoo) I speak a lot in global chat and I help out new players when they join the server. I try to answer questions when I can. Recently I've been busy invited people to the town I'm in and building houses in creative and towns.

Weaknesses:

I lack teamspeak and my microphone quality isn't the best (well that's what I've been told in CSGO).
I can sometimes be stubborn and not want to listen to other people's opinions if they are different to mine. I am try to overcome this and accept everybody's opinions and ideas even if I do not agree with them.

Conclusion:

Overall I believe that I would have the ability to become a dedicated staff member of Meepcraft. I am sensible and I believe I know how to handle situations. I do joke around a fair bit as many Meepers would know but I know when to be serious. I promise to work hard and do everything in my power to make Meepcraft a better place for the community. I hope this gives you a fair idea of who I am and what I strive for. Thank you for taking the time to read my application. I appreciate it a lot.

Anyway, you advertised your application and didn't know that was illegal, so clearly you don't know the rules yet. Freshen up a bit and maybe then you can apply.

Why does advertising an aplication always result in an auto deny? I really don't see the harm in it. The more responses the better!

 

It isn't an auto-deny anymore really, and it's frowned upon cause it makes you look desperate for the position.

It appears you are not fully aware of the rules. The application its self was very short, there appears to be little effort put into the application. This all makes me question your abilities as a staff member. Though you may be a good staff member, I don't see any proof of this being the case. I think spend the time looking through what people are saying and improve on the negatives. You have the potential, we just need to be convinced and the only way that will happen is by you making more of an effort. I wish you luck though, please do not let anything discourage you.

No need to advertize the app bud, we'll all see it eventually.

I don't reckon you being an old Meeper, but I can see that you did put some effort into the app. Try to tell us everything about you (not actual life wise, but personality). Take a look at the tips forum post and accepted applicants. You also need teamspeak in order to talk to the community and participate in meetings. Try to get yourself known in the community and have people think "help" when they see your name. You have potential, use it. -1

Guys, please give him real reasons as to why he shouldn't be staff, not just "extremely new." He can't fix that. Give him things to improve on. While I have not been IG, I can't really do a + or -1.

-1, advertising app tells that you are impatient and desperate. People needs to find the thread by themselves.
Also, TS is missing from info. I almost never see ya online due timezones(you are on the other side of world for me). App was short, and it could be better. Also I think you are not quite ready, I have seen ya online sometimes, but not helping at all. Good luck doe.
