Make hacked clients a perm ban again

The number of people I end up reporting for hacking in kitpvp is farcical. Not only that, but by having the ban set at 7 days you run the risk of this happening:

Clearly hacking in both instances, clearly didn't care enough about his 7-day temp ban enough to remove his client, will clearly do it again. 7 days is a joke, and people who hack know this - as clearly demonstrated by our friend afried1 here, someone who has donated to this server.

Make it an appealable perm ban again, I don't care about the rationale that "it decreases the potential total number of donations able to be brought in". These people clearly don't care enough about the server to obey the rules in the first place, they shouldn't have the privilege of being able to log on.

Just because one guy does it doesn't mean it should become a rule. The fact that they come back at all usually means they care

 

It isn't just one.
It's a lot.
Look at report a player.
Staff, count how many 2nd offense reported bans there are.
They sometimes don't come back.
When they do come back, they hack again.
Nobody who disagrees with the situation wants to mention that.
There are a shot load of 2nd offense hackers now, and people are coming back, hacking, and ruining other players experiences.
I have a friend who hacked here, and got banned for 7 days. I can guarantee you he's gonna come back and hack again, ruining the experiences of others.
If a noob sees a hacker in kit and keeps getting killed, they will just quit and never come back.
Making 1st offense perm, less noobs will quit, less reports will be made, less fines will be made, and more players will be happy.
Hacking is as serious as advertising, if not more.
When people hack, it ruins the game for others.
We want those people off the server ASAP forever.
So,
Make hacking of any kind, especially kitpvp, a permanent appealable ban, first offense.

Ya know, this stuff is straight up trash. Rule breaking such as hacked clients should be a perm ban no matter what. It's dumb, because when someone comes back from a ban for hacked clients for 7 days. They usually end up still hacking. +1

Plenty of suggestions go straight to accepted or denied. This is something that's been suggested over and over again, either straight up deny all of them or accept them and do something about it.

It's not 'just one guy' - this is a systematic problem that keeps happening over and over again. There is literally nothing stopping a hacker from waiting out their ban to then come back on and keep doing what they were doing. If they're genuinely sorry about the rules that they've blatantly and deliberately broken, they can appeal and prove it.

There's at least more than just 1 hacker a day. It's getting kind of annoying.
For example, @Slycat12321 is perm banned for hacking TWICE. He won't admit to it. Just because they come back doesn't mean they care. Slycat was in his pissed-off-teen-mood and was acting like a high school girl at the same time.
He even said in his first appeal it was probably lag.

In addition, make second perms actual perms, not wait-a-month-and-say-sorry perms.

 

I have an idea..... make perm bans in two stages. The first one does not allow a appeal for 6 month. The next one is eternal. Never to be lifted.

 

That seems excessive, especially considering lots of people that do this are like 12, and that's a LONG freaking time.

 

+1 Maybe adding a anti hack in kitpvp is a good idea to help with it and Yes using a hack clinets needs to be a perm.

 

I think that we seriously need to consider looking at this again. I personally have had to reban an extraordinary amount of repeat hackers recently, so I can see why this may be needed. Under Consideration.

EDIT: I know you asked not to put this in Under Consideration, but we seriously needs to discuss it, and I can't just put it in Accepted because of that. I will personally make sure that, as you say, it will not 'go there to die'. This will be brought up ASAP.
