There is a differnce between annoying persistance/dedication and dedication. Dedication would be putting up an app a month after being denied and re-evaluating you issues and stuff like that. You have almost 3 count them 3 Apps in the Denied secrion pn the 1 and 2nd page (the last time I checked)that's desperation.
