Why we should consider your appeal: I really want to get back into Meep I loved it a lot and have been pretty upset and a little mean because It was not my fault I got scammed and I got punished for trusting someone with in game money for a rank im very sorry I purchased a rank and donated I wont do it again so we dont have to deal with people charging back.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I love meep and just want to get back into the game

 

They will have to get someone (or you) to pay a $20 chargeback fee, can you do that?

 

Yeah If I have to I dont get why I would have to pay for something I didnt do ... this is why the EULA got re-defined anyways

 

You have to pay it because regardless of WHO did the chargeback, it's tied to your account. Therefore, you have to pay for your account to be unbanned, so the server gains the $20 back it lost.

 

Ok then why dont you put something about it when a player donates ?

 

it's a donation. You don't donate $100 to charity and then chargeback it. it's pretty much the same thing here.
I have no real answer to your question, but it's pretty self-explanatory that you aren't supposed to do this.

So if it was a donation I would have received no in game rank and special items and things in game right? So let me re cap your telling me if a kid wants to donate with there in game money but the person they buy the rank from scams them it is the kids fault?? They are blaming someone. They're blaming the person who chargebacked. No again, it's tied to your account, and your account is your responsibility. that's the rule here. Either you pay/find someone else to pay or you're going to stay banned, and that's that.

 

The reason why you have to pay $20 is because we got charged $20 as a bank fee when the chargeback happened. Yes, this sucks, but not everything in life is fair and we have to deal with it as best we can, and in our case, is it by trying to recover that $20 it cost us.

That isn't chargeback. Your account cost the driver 20$ on top of refunding your rank, your rank is gone. That 20$ and an additional 20$ fee is gone. So the server lost 40$. To come back for he server you must pay the 20$ fee basically, you will not have a rank refunded. You would have to pay another 20$ for your rank back

This rule was made so an ult (for example) can not chargeback then pay the fee and geg ult for only 20$ (they just got 320$. If that was the case, everyone would continuesly chargeback scamming the server of much needed money

You say donating is giving something without getting something in return yet you got your rank and all that. Regardless, no matter who did the chargeback someone must pay the 20$ fee. Even if it wasn't you, you're the only held responsible because it is your account
