Turning Shout Off

I know I am not the only one because I have seen others say this. There needs to be a way to turn global chat off. When you are doing something with a friend and you want to chat local, you can't since there's a lot of people chatting and spamming in global and its hard to see local. So I suggest that there be a command that turns global chat off and on. Maybe a command to turn world chat on and off to.
For example:
/globalchat on ( To turn it on)
/globalchat off (To turn it off)
/worldchat on (To turn it on)
/worldchat off (To turn it off)

Also in case people forget the command or that they have it on, every 15 minutes there should be a little message that pops up saying to do /globalchat on or /worldchat on to talk to everyone again. Just a little reminder.

I really think this needs to be implemented cause it will increase the fun of the server! Thanks for reading, Piro_MC

Helpers:
/c
/c clears chat, fast to type incase of an advertisement. Its extremely needed as many people advertise and we loose players to it

 

Press the Esc.
Click on 'Options'
Click on 'Multiplayer Settings'
Go to the Opacity bar and turn it down to 0%
PROBLEM SOLVED.

Idk, I lived with shout all the time and wouldn't like a split in the community. (Yes, I would miss the obnoxious players too)
