Let's start with donor perks. All of 'em.
The ranks start at $10, and the total price doubles each time you go up. The total donation price for ranks is $320, for ultimate. Each time you buy a lower rank, the cost of the next rank goes down. Looking at VIP and Premium. VIP costs $10 and Prem costs $20. Once you buy VIP, Prem only costs $10 more for a total of $20.
(I know it's self explanatory but lots of people get confused.)
    VIP perks:
/tpahere, 3 /sethomes, /back, one row of /chest, /effect rain, a halo bonus and 2 creative plots. You can now own a nation.
    VIP costs $10 total.

    PREMIUM perks:
/dis pig, 5 /sethomes, 2 rows of /chest, /effect ender, /clearinventory, /suicide, /craft or /workbench, /feed, a halo bonus. No new creative plots. Premium is the second best rank worth your money, with /feed, /craft, and 5 homes giving it the highest perks.
    Premium costs $20 total.

    EXCLUSIVE perks:
/dis sheep and cow, 10 /sethomes 3 rows of /chest, /effect smoke, /heal (fills up both health and food bars and removes all bad effects, but removes good ones too), /echest, /ptime, /ph spawn(player head spawn, creative only), a halo bonus, 1 more creative plot for a total of 3. Exl is mainly a stepping stone to elite and not really worth it's money, but it's definitely got a bit of convenience in there.
    Exclusive costs $40 total.

    ELITE perks:
/dis ocelot villager squid chicken mushroom_cow ( I think that's it, please correct if wrong), /hat, /fix, /effect blaze, /nv (night vision), 4 rows of /chest, halo bonus, no new creative plots, and spawner usage. Elites may own any spawner that's been broken and can harvest their own using a silk touch pickaxe. Elites may not own any spawner that's been changed using /spawner. Elites and higher can also get into trouble providing spawners for ranks below elite.
Elite is THE best rank for it's money. /fix, /nv, and spawner use are it's biggest perks and probably the best ones out of all of them, excluding the ult's /fly.
    Elite costs $80 total.

    SUPREME perks:
/dis squid, zombie, skeleton, bat (correct if more/less.) /fill water lava milk (fills empty buckets, more useful than you think), colored sign usage, purple chat. You can also now change spawners to: Spider, cave spider, zombie, skeleton, pig. 1 new creative plot, total of 4, halo bonus.
    Supreme costs $160 total.
    #purplechatisthebest

    ULTIMATE perks:
/dis skeletonhorse, undeadhorse, rabbit, wolf, horse. /fly, /effect fireworks, halo bonus, total creative plots:5. Can now also change spawners to: Enderman, blaze, cow, sheep. You also get orange chat, and the pride of being the highest donor rank on the server.
    #Orangechatsucks.

Moving onto money. Making money on meep requires patience, patience, 'hard work,' and more patience. Mining for a few hours can yeild a few meebles if you really keep at it. If you're good at parkour, you can earn a total of 153.5 meebles. Per week. doesn't sound too shabby to me. Good at PvP, then you can go to /warp pvp or /warp kitpvp. /warp pvp offers risk and reward, you may lose your items but you also may gain items or good value or low value. You get rewarded meebles per kill, and getting higher killstreaks. In kitpvp, there's no risk, just reward, but the reward is much smaller. You don't earn any items, obviously. Each kill earns you 50 meebles, and getting killstreaks earns you more. If you go to /warp CTF, the whole team wins 4K for every win.

To make a town, you must have at least 200K meebles in your /bal. I would recommend getting at least 250K, though, because you'll have to claim plots and pay upkeep.
type /t new (town name) while standing in a towny wild area with the 200K in your /bal. You're given 1 plot to start out with, the one you're standing on. Congratz, you're now a mayor.
Every plot you claim costs 1k. If you want to be able to warp to your claimed plot, you claim an outpost, but that costs you 5K. every plot, outposts included, costs 65 meebles per day in upkeep. To pay for all this, type /t deposit (amount). Only mayors and co-mayors can withdraw from this bank so be careful.
The first thing as a towny mayor you should do is reset your towny perms: type /t set perm off, then /t set perm reset.
To add residents, type /t add. To make a plot for sale/not for sale, type /plot fs (amount) or /plot nfs. to kick a resident, type /t kick.
Town size starts at 8 plots. Each resident you add adds 8 plots to the total size. If you join a nation, you get a plot size bonus of 140. Most nations are tax free, but if yours has tax be sure to keep enough money in the town bank to pay for it.
there are several towny ranks: VIP, recruiter, builder, assistant, co-mayor, mayor. Each one has it's own set of perms. to add a rank to a player type /t rank add (name) (rank). Keep in mind that it's legal for co-mayors to withdraw from banks, so only add them if you trust them.

Monkey, I liked this guide, but could you edit it so it's more organized like this? I did it for you already.

Elites and higher can also get into trouble providing spawners for ranks below elite. (NOTE: Breaking spawners as a citizen even with a Silk Pick will not yield the spawner. Best to sell it to Elite+ for meebles.)
    • 2.00x money multiplier in minigames
Elite is THE best rank for it's money. /fix, /nv, and spawner use are it's biggest perks and probably the best ones out of all of them, excluding the ult's /fly.

I only edited the rank perks, since I have nothing to do with my stubbed finger which I hurt again today. It'll never get better :(
Edited: Bullets, Italics for comments, Red Bolded text for price, commas, additional perks and other ways to access commands, and minigame money multipliers.
