Effect Colors

Hello! I've seen a lot of meepers say things like, "I wish /effect music had colors." Or, "I want colors for /effect magic." I personally think this would be cool.
Command Ideas:
VIP: (possibly rain colors?) /effect rain [color] IE: /effect rain green
Premium: /effect ender [color] IE: /effect ender blue
Exclusive: /effect smoke [color] IE: /effect smoke purple
Elite: /effect blaze [color] IE: /effect blaze red
Supreme: /effect hearts [color[ IE: /effect hearts yellow
Ultimate: /effect fireworks [color] IE: /effect fireworks black

Other Effects:
/effect magic [color] IE: /effect magic purple
/effect music [color] IE: /effect music blue
/effect storm [color] IE: /effect storm yellow

Some of these may not be necessary, like the storm, rain, or smoke.
Others may be too complicated.
I feel that the hearts, fireworks, music, ender, and rain wouldn't be that difficult to do.
I don't believe this will cause lag.

IE: /dis sheep blue

I think most of the solid color effects should have all available colors. Those were just some examples.

I'm not sure how possible this is. all effects are made from particles already in the game.

 

Maybe they could edit it like people who make resource packs do..?

That'd require a whole new set of files and textures added. Not sure it's worth the time it's gonna take.

This isn't possible in the case of most particles, but for the few it is possible with, +1.
