I'd LOVE to see you get staff, but I don't want to be biased, so I'm just gonna come right out and give my opinion.

You are very active on all aspects of the server. You know MANY commands and I believe that's a great skill to have. You're extremely friendly and nice, which are good qualities for a staff member. You chat a lot in shout, but I haven't really seen you help anybody. Not that you haven't, I just haven't seen it Also, yes, you can be a little immature at times, but that's nothing that can't be fixed. Besides, most of the time your level of immaturity is just to make people laugh and it's never done any harm.

Speedy, you're one of my best friends on this server, and you're really mature and I think you would be a great helper. Possibly even mod someday. +1

 

I'm not a fangirl or a fanboy. Speedy seems like a fair choice for helper material. Give it a shot, see what she can do. Everyone is immature with something they say at some point.

I only see Speedygirl102 in chat as happy. This is something that makes her a great applicant which I don't think she said in her application (sorry I only skimmed it). In customer service tasks that is a key feature needed.

Becoming a Helper is way more than people liking you,if that was the case I would be mod by now atleast show some sign that you actually wanna help & that you're dedicated

I don't know speedygirl so I won't be biased on this application. I think I've said this on other applications before, so here it goes. People change and just because you were immature a year ago or even a month ago, doesn't mean you're immature right now. Speedy, I feel like you have good potential. From what I've read you're considerate and might be able to step up to the plate. The Only adjustment I think you should make is playing in pvp just as equally as you do towny and other servers.
(A NOTE OF ADVICE FOR Speedygirl) The argument part is a given, every human isn't perfect. So us humans argue or debate, there is no person I believe that doesn't have that want to argue. It's just will power to stop you from arguing that comes naturally to a few lucky people. Like if you spilled apple juice on your brothers sneakers and he gets mad because now they smell weird and are sticky, instead of arguing how it wasn't your fault, just apologize and admit you were the wrong one. Honestly to me things like arguments, I've learned over experience, just aren't worth getting yourself worked up like that. I'm not saying that speedy isn't already doing this, like I said I don't really know to well.

As for my vote,

I can't say I've seen you talk in shout the most, but then again that doesn't concern me and most certainly doesn't mean that you aren't online.

Maturity is really what it comes down to and you have that.
You have been playing Meepcraft for years and have donated.
That shows dedication from my point of view.

People tend to get caught up to frequently in small issues instead of looking at the entire picture.

Speedy is mature and kind, she's honest and thoughtful and dedicated.
She's a calm teacher and a good friend to have.
I had discussed with her before about this and gave her my honest opinion, and she would be a good addition to the current staff team.
