Wanna win 200k? Clear some plots by a town spawn

I need the following stuff done and the prizes will be rewarded after I personally see the work done in game.

200k for a 4x4 plot area cleared to Y level, by a town spawn 5 bonus 25k if you save all the iron, redstone, gold, gravel and dirt in chests for me.


75k for a 2x2 plot area cleared to Y level 5 bonus 25k if you save all the iron, redstone, gold, gravel an dirt in chests for me.


Rules:
1: The town that the 4x4 plot area must be owned by an elite+, NO EXCEPTIONS.
2: All lava in the plots must be cleared.
3: Towns must not give a crap about giant fing towers going to the build limit etc. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
4: The town with the 2x2 plot area must want a LOT of tourism, no further imformation will be given about wtf will be there.

I can do both, but the 4x4 plot will be away from the main town and the 2x2 cant be higher than 40 blocks.

 

As I stated in the rules the town with any of the plots must not give any craps about the stuff going to the build limit.
And the 4x4 plot area can be a bit away from the town, and will also be going to the build limit.

See the part of every thing that says it should be by a town spawn that's owned by an elite+ (minus the 2x2 plot where the rank of the mayor does not matter).

Yeah it's either by a town spawn (especially the 2x2 plot area) or by a pwarp otherwise it's a no.

 

Why don't you buy your own pwarp when the person is done? If you're paying 275k-325k what's another 30k? Then the location doesn't matter?

 

For the 2x2 plot area I have no interest in bringing tourism to my town, I do however want to bring the tourism to some other lucky town.
And for the 4x4 plot area I just want a big embassy plot where I can do whatever tf I want to do with spawners etc while not needing another sethome to get there, as I have nearly all of mine filled up.

 

You still didn't answer the question.

 

One will be a personall area that only I want access to and the other will simply be because it'll bring more direct tourism to the area and I think that would be a good idea.

NEW thing I am starting, if you are not the first to mine away a 4x4 plot area that's owned by an elite + I will still give you 100k for the plots anyway as long as I get to keep them FOREVER.
