Want to win 200k? Clear plots in the middle of nowhere!

I need this stuff done and the prize will be rewarded after I personally see the thing done in game.

200k for a 5x5 plot area from surface to bedrock. A 30k bonus if you save all the ores, spawners, stone, dirt, and gravel in the chests for me.

Rules:
1. It should be an outpost in the middle of nowhere without any nearby towns at /towny map big
2. It should only be underground.
3. All lava/water should be removed within the plots.
4. I will not leak any information that will be inside that place.
5. No set homes.
6. No building restrictions whatsoever as I will claim it (You'll unclaim it)

Note: A block should cover the whole to prevent people from seeing what's below the place.

Is using tnt to clear the plots allowed? (toggle explosions) Not that I will though, i have the money to get the necessary tools (god axes, pickaxes etc) anyways, so this was just a question i feel, needed being asked beforehand

You can use whatever you want as long as it looks neat and it's at alpha.

 

So ill have to also clear up ground damage if i use tnt? That shouldn't be a prob atm
