Introduction: I am Alex, but most of you know me as adloves. I am a 13 year old student from Colorado. I enjoy anime, photography, writting, and Minecraft! My favorite anime is Mirai Nikki or Hetalia Axis Powers. I have just recently taken up photography, but I have a true passion for it. I am impressed with the work I have made, and the effort I put into it. I have been writing different short stories and poetry pieces over a decent amount of time. I am very proud of my work and how many pieces of literature I have written over the years. I started minecraft when I was young. I discovered Meep one day while bored. I instantly fell in love with the parkour. I became active on that part of the server. After that I was bored and started towns. I was so happy I finally found something I loved. Since then I have owned 4 towns and been assistant in 1. I was so happy with the server that I decided to donate. I made my way all the way up to ultimate and now sell ranks citizens and VIPs. I really enjoy to see more members!

Why you should be Helper? I have been considering whether or not I should apply again ever since I last got denied. Due to some great friends I decided that I love Meep so much that I want to show the community what I can really do as helper. I am so dedicated and I want to prove that my last run at helper doesn't represent who I actually am. How I am dedicated, hard working, active, and experienced. Here are the reasons why I need to be a helper again!
•DEDICATION ever since about a year ago, I have never given up on Meep. After I was demoted, when I struggled irl, or even when I was sad I never quit. This community had helped me through some tough times and I think it is my turn to repay them with an actual good run at staff. I was not a great helper as staff last run, but I have proven to myself and to others that I can actually make Meepcraft change for the better. I am always there to help those in need here on Meep, but doing that as a staff member could be much more beneficial to the way things run here. I have dreams to become high level staff member, and with my dedication I will get there.
•EXPERIENCE even though I may have not been a good staff member in the past, it made me know all of the necessary commands and actions a staff member requires. I have owned several towns in my time and am currently finishing up a large chest shop. I know all of the commands that a new member needs to know, and commands that older members might need to be reminded of. I know how to treat members because of my staff experience, and my town experience. I am so eager to show the entire community the work I can and will put forward as a staff member. I can make all of this information about Meep, and put it to my 2nd time as staff. I am always nice to the new members and know how to help them.
•ACTIVITY I am online for hours everyday. I come online when I can't sleep, when I have any free time, or just when I need to feel happy. This makes me an extremely active member. During my time online I usually work on a special town I am building, work on my shop, host giveaways and drop parties at spawn, and go to tutorial and guide new members through. I help those members remember certain commands and help them not give up on Meep as soon as they get a question wrong in the tutorial. I care about all of the members on Meepcraft so I want to add to this community of dedicated players. If I was a staff member I could help even more. By answering a modreq members will keep trying in Meep. If they keep trying they will become dedicated. When they become dedicated they donate and want to help. This create an effect that makes people dedicated to Meepcraft.
•WORK ETHIC I am aware how much he staff team has changed. I have been getting advice from several staff members saying I need to try really hard. I am so dedicated that I worked as hard as possible. I am helping new players by having something called /pwarp foods. It is a free food dispenser for those who are hungry. I go to tutorial and guide them through it so they don't just give up. I was not as motivated my first time as helper. I was trying, but I wasn't putting in all of the effort I had. I knew I needed to work as hard as possible. Since that time I have completed more on Meep than ever before. I know how much work I can actually put into this job. I am now a super helpful and motivated player. When I become staff again at some point, I will show everyone that the advice they gave me was listened to. I will work as hard as possible to keep this sever afloat. I will rise the staff ranks over time and show everyone how work ethic can accomplish so much. I want to start over with staff and show everyone what I actually am. I have been asking staff members for a long time on how to add to my application, how to be more helpful as a citizen, and how I need to improve myself. I have completed everything necessary, and I am 100% ready/capable for the staff position.

What are your weaknesses? •PATIENCE I have never really been a patient person. I have mentioned this on several of my applications, and it is definitely my most overpowering weakness. I am always impatient at school, in Minecraft, and anywhere. I was very impatient during my interview stage, I am impatient waiting to get a paper back from my teachers, and just waiting for packages etc. It is an issue; however, I do not see this effecting my position as staff.

•TEAMSPEAK I am definitely working on this, but a while back I was NEVER on Teamspeak. I just didn't really feel like talking to people. I am now on Teamspeak whenever I am online. I am really awkward on Teamspeak though. I only talk with my friend that I always talk to and sometimes new people. I can see this being difficult for me as staff; however, I had almost the same issue when I was staff last time and I got over that.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: If you read my full application (I hope you did) then you can tell how helpful, devoted, and active I am. I have been dreaming of becoming staff again for a while. I loved it, but I don't want this for me. I have really come to terms on my demotion now and I have realized being staff is for the players, not yourself. I may have not been great in the past, but I am now ready to prove what I can fully accomplish. I am always on Meep being helpful to citizens and those who need it. This almost 6 month break from staff has thought me a lot, and I am now ready to rejoin. I would be a very excellent addition to the new staff team because of my work ethic. I am ready to do it again, but this time it will be great!

You have improved since your last app was denied. I see you a lot of times in forums, but you need to improve your In game/team speak activity (timezones maybe).

How about absolutely not.

You act so haughty and condescending on people's staff applications. It's almost always something along the lines of "If you improve on this, I will consider changing my vote." or "To win me over, you need to do so and so." While it may not be intended in such a way, I see it as you putting yourself over the other voters and acting as if your opinion means a lot. It means about as much as everyone else's.

I can't really say that you've been that bad, but this application was predictable. You are trying way too hard to seem mature when we know you are not, and from what people are saying you don't appear to be the proper candidate. Last time you were a bad staff member (even going as far as to ignore my friend one time), and people don't change by too much in just a few months.

This may just be me, but when I read one of your posts I can literally smell "wannabe" and "kiss-ass". You try so hard to act nice because you want staff, and it is very predictable that these will come. Apologies if this seems rude, but this is my opinion.

This is exactly why I never read the comments. The application is good, I see you're trying, and the comments above put me at a +1, because of spite, mostly.

 

Everytime you see someone apply, you should expect rude comment.

Let's go to the app anyways,
It's a pretty decent app in my opinion and I loved reading it. Though I don't see you that much on teamspeak, I see you in game everyday, you help. You're MORE mature, I see that you have learned your lesson from that 'demotion' of yours which was kinda, depressing. But still, you're trying to bring back the community's trust.

Although I was not around during the time you were staff I think you may be capable of the position. The part i'm kinda debating is if you are mature enough, If you have already been staff and been demoted I'm not sure your ready for a second chance quite yet.

Guys, you don't have to be so harsh on him. On my last app like 2 years ago I got responses like this and I cried for hours. I thought the meep community was welcoming. If you're gonna -1 him be nice about it, encourage him to improve on his faults.

Ad, I think you are helpful sometimes, but everyone has an immature side and there's nothing wrong with that. Some have more than others and that's just how they are. For now I'm a +0 but good luck and don't give up if you really think you are worthy!
