Introduction:
Hi, Im Ross. Many people call me Video, Ross, or of course, Videoross. I play basketball, tennis, and obviously, MeepCraft. My favorite subjects in school are, math, science, tech, gym, recess, and lunch. I love the outdoors just as much as the indoors, and can pick up a good book when I have to or want to. Ive been playing MeepCraft for almost a year now, and cant get enough of it. It all started when a good friend of mine showed me a long list of servers and this just happened to be one of them. Ive been going to boy scouts for about 6 years now, and am very fond of helping people. One of my favorite quotes is “Think Different” as said by Steve Jobs. I like this quote because i can relate to it in many ways, mainly because i am one to think different or do something that no one expects but somehow make it work.

Why Should You Be Helper?

I love helping people. All my life I've loved it and i just get the same feeling inside every time. I love contributing to society and being involved in everything i can. From soup kitchens to walkathons or from fundraisers to MeepCraft, i cant get enough of that feeling.

Ive also had lots of command experience. I am very fond of lots of basic server commands, being an ex-admin on an extinct server. I am a person who could learn new things quick, so i have lots of room for new commands.

I’ve loved computers and for a long time. When I was little, I always wanted my own iPod. Over the years, my interest in electronics grew such as my interest in Minecraft. I always wanted to be an inventor or mainly, an innovator. For some apparent reason, I've loved redstone in Minecraft. It was that feeling of accomplishing something new; that had possibly never been done before.

I have quite the anecdote for my beginnings in MeepCraft. I joined this server in August of 2014. Upon my arrival home from summer camp, i had enough of the outdoors and needed to satisfy my need of video gaming until i got back to school. So as i was thinking what to put to the test to satisfy that need, a thought popped into my head, “lets see if i can blow up the whole world in Minecraft”. Me, unknowing of the consequences, started right on it. I kept working until it became boring for a period of time. I asked my friend if he knew any servers with good parkour and hunger games. He texted me a list and the server “MeepCraft” was in it. I wondered, “that seems like a cool name”, unknowing of the true hidden awesomeness of this server. I click the “join server” button, and start my journey as an “official meepcrafter”. Reluctant to face the fact that i was a noob, i learned the basics of saying “gratz” when someone donates and how to properly dice someone. I started going on teamspeak daily where everyone was very open to questions. The knowledge stacked on. In a few months, i knew most things that a common meepcrafter would know; maybe even more. One cool day in the middle of January I remembered a little world called “TNT World”. I spawned right next to a very tempting lever, which i clicked by mistake. There was the start of the breakdown of my computer. It was the first crash I had ever seen. The crashes piled on. Every second i was away from MeepCraft and the community made me more and more melancholy. Finally, after the big move and lots of school work, in early March, I was back (thankfully with a new computer). As i got back on meep, i treasured every second i had online. I got into creative for a week or so, but it wasn't working for for me. I then decided to start a journey; a journey to help.

I wanted to help. I would shout “need help? I'm your guy!” or respond to any questions or requests. I would build stuff as small as a block or as big as an empire for anyone at anytime at all. I love contributing in the events and love being apart of the meep community.

I have many friends on meep. I’m considered to be a good friend and a good person to be around. I can be fun, but not to fun. Ive always been a barrier between fun and insane for my friends. Im kind, trustworthy, and noble.

What Are Your Weaknesses?
1. I can not stand someone being mean to someone. I cannot sit and watch someone be bullied or made fun of. In some cases i get the wrong idea and end up making a fool of my self.

2. I can be a mean but constructive critic. Although it helps them in the long run, i can be a little tough. Toughness aside, i do have good intentions.

You seem to just want staff for the title and your app was denied less than 2 weeks ago. I have seen no improvement at all and you clearly don't know the server well enough to be a staff member.

Hoo. I missed this one.
In this app I made my comments blue, since no one's done that yet...
Your app was pretty weak and filled with a lot of junk that didn't need to be there. It also needs to be proofread. I can see a lot of obvious mistakes. Doesn't have to be perfect, but it can be a lot better.
You seem to overdo 'I want to help.' Tell us why. Tell us how. How are you better than the next guy. why should I give you a +1?
On top of the app, I also don't see you other than this, get active IG, on TS, and forums.

You want the stuff title for personal stuff not to help the server you app was denied less then two weeks ago your in game activity if very lacking I would like to see some change before I give a +1 sorry but my vote is -1 for now
