Introduction: Hi! I am Dat_Coffee, also known as Matt in real life, and I am a hardworking 9th grader taking mostly honors level classes. I am outgoing and sociable, and also good with computers. I play an instrument, the saxaphone, and I am in my school's band and marching band program. My favorite color is blue, and my favorite food is cake. I dunno what else to put here, so...this is it I guess.

Why should you be Helper? I should be helper because I am a helpful person who would like to become more active in the Meepcraft community. I enjoy helping people with their problems, and I also sorta wonder where all those /modreqs go.

What are your weaknesses? Sometimes I get kinda lazy.

I was banned for stealing. It was a one day ban.

 

Coffee, not a really good time to apply considering you literally just got back from a theft ban (like @epick8 said); But putting that aside, -1 due to:

-Still pretty new
-Weak Application
-No Skype or Teamspeak (Get them ASAP)
-Basic "Why you want to be helper", what makes your helpfulness better than the next guy that applies? Improve it
-Being lazy might be a weakness, but everyone always has more than 1 weakness, like being Immature at times for example
-Never seen you help anyone (From my Point of view)

I would suggest becoming more active with the community and start helping in shout more, then re-apply whenever you feel its good to do so

You should spend a lot more time online, get TS and Skype, and actually help, I haven't seen you helping one bit IG. You should wait 2-3 months, be known by community, get rid of immaturity and be helpful and active player, then you might have a chance when you apply.
PS: You didn't know how to apply for Staff member, it clearly shows you haven't studied servers ways or forums at all, and you give us image that you want apply only for power.

Alright... lets see here...

You NEED TeamSpeak and Skype, don't bother applying if you don't have them.
Your hours will not be beneficial for the staff team.
Your application was extremely sub-par, take some time to actually write a thorough application and look at some of the accepted applications to get an idea of what makes a good applicant.
You seem fairly new to the server and may be very unfamiliar with some of meepcraft's policies. I suggest you wait a month or two and apply again after you know the rules and processes in, out, upside-down, downside-up, left, right and center.

You have quite a bit to improve on before you would be considered for the position.
