Old Terrarium

Hello meepers! This is my first and probably only suggestion I have for this great community! Bring back the Old Terrarium. (The one that was underground and had the stone pillar in the middle)

I know we have a different spawn then what we had when we had the first terrarium, but just change the entrance a bit, heck, even add more entrances!

Reasons Why Old Terrarium Should Be Reinstated​

1. More room to fight and roam. It had great areas to fight, and it was possible to escape, unlike the terrarium now. In the forest biome, you could hide and wait for your prey to come to you. I could go on forever, but I am going to keep this short.

2. People enjoyed pvp with this arena. Nowadays, only dedicated minecraft pvpers use this arena, but in the old arena, many people would roam into it just for some fun!

3. The old arena looked very professional and well built. It was lined with wood, stone bricks, and nether bricks. Our current arena is made out of cobble, and generally it feels dark and lonely. Even if I was alone in the old arena, I enjoyed it. It is dark and gloomy in our current arena.

4. As I stated above, It was possible to escape fights in the old arena. The ladder was 1 block in and had barriers on the left and right to help you get up. Its fun to learn how to keep people from leaving the terrarium, but currently all you have to do is punch them and they will fall.

I know this is a large scale request, but I'm sure all of the community would love it. This would greatly enhance the gameplay of this server!

ez +1 if we are being honest whoever designed the last 50 terrariums sucked, old terrarium fishing was perfect for fishing

 

The current pvp area is too uncomfortable to kill a lot of noobs +1

@Staff - Please take this idea under consideration. This arena was just such a great arena and I personally wanted to tell you guys that. I really miss it.

 

+1 old terrarium was great.

 

I never got to see the old arena, but I do dislike the new one. It feels like someone's dusty old cellar, not a fun place to pvp. Too dark, and the walls made only of cobble are sort of too bland. Also, no one ever goes there except for people in full diamond armor. None of the new players ever get a chance to have a fair fight.

 

Please look at the video a few posts above. And for your last points: nothing will ever change that. It will always be that way. It always has.

EDIT: And that isn't to be rude. You have to luck out to not encounter one of them.

Old dungeon was in the terrarium. I don't have video of it but it was really damn cool

After thinking, Maybe we need to take away the big circle entrance we currently have and just use the stairs? Idk

agreed. I don't really like the current entrance, takes up too much space and you are vulnerable while trying to get out of the water.
