It looks like you just did this on a whim. You should really put forth a lot of effort into applying, even before you actually do it. Work on activity all around, and your confidence, write a better app next time.

The app is NOT the only thing that decides if you're staff. it's the app, the maturity, the activity, the helpfulness, the attitude, and more.
