Introduction: Hello! Many know me as ViperfanJr or MAJORKAIGER. I currently am going into 5th grade and I'm in the challenge program at my school. I am not peoples average 11 year old I am alot smarter in my academics and I'm alot more mature. I do not goof around like alot of kids I am a serious hard worker. I started to code java and html when I was 9.I also took lego robotics which made me fly with my interest in computers I started taking them apart to see how they work and I come to this day loving the amazing works of Meepcraft. My favorite hobby is currently coding and playing on Meepcraft. I love swimming with my brother and my friends when I'm not on the computer. I do tend to get angry when people do wrong it can get out of control.. I have learned to take constructive cristism very well now and I'm ready to here your advice.

Why should you be Helper? I should be Helper because I know nearly all the Player commands and a few Staff commands. I know the community and all the punishment lengths. I am very mature now and kind to players. I'm also very knowledgeable about Meepcraft and it would take half the time for me to answer a /modreq. I'm also very good at handling severe situations before they get out of hand. I am trustworthy and stay online. I don't stop to play games I stay with which ever member needs my help and fix their problem. I am able to stay on quite along time to moderate and I'm always the first to /msg people answers they ask in shout. I am also willing to tpa and help them do something or accompany them during deals such as rank selling.

What are your weaknesses? When I'm bored I can start joking around with my friends (not in shout) and I may get off track.I know my experience as Helper will not go downhill I will stay on track during the times where I get bored and "don't feel like helping".

I also get a little head ache when I see someone ask a question 80 times. Once I say 3 times I get kind of angry and say "I told you (what ever the problem is) okay?". I will not do that during my time as Helper.

I will admit, you've made great improvement from your last app, on the app itself, but I still wanna see more. PM me next time you make an app and I'll help you.
You have no forums activity past this and one other post since the 29 of last month. You really need to be active on the forums daily.
I have not seen you talking IG, much less helping.
I have not seen you once on TS.
I would not trust you to help me, simply because I've never seen you do anything. I don't know how you can handle a situation. Are you patient enough to resolve everything that happens? Would you get carried away? Would you bee TOO gentle?

He's MAJORKAIGER, and he did explain how he should be a helper.

He explained he has experience and knowledge and knows what the commands are and how to use them. He's explaining he's mature and he can handle the position and represent the server in a positive way. He's saying that he's active and can be on a lot to help out. He said that he can be trusted with the position. He said a lot more, but I don't understand what you mean by saying he didn't say why he didn't want to be helper. And also, he's been around for quite awhile now, so it's ignorant of you to say "who are you".

My vote: -1. Not saying you should never be staff or you're completely not ready, but right now, I don't think you should be staff.

Once you fix your weaknesses and assure me, make me really definitely sure that you will be able to handle this position and be a good staff member. If you don't "feel like helping" sometimes, that's a BIG problem, and I wouldn't want you as a staff member until that's resolved. It's okay to be angry, but if you're angry let it out in staff chat or something, not to the player.

If you improve, I'd actually like to see how you could do as a staff member.

Yo Major, glad to see you want to apply for staff. I do see opportunity in you, however I think you should bide your time in game and on forums for a little longer.

On forums, help people in Q&A, contribute to suggestions, and also involve yourself in discussion!

In game, try to be helpful in shout and local, as well as generally cheerful. You can make a person's day from the slightest thing!
