Introduction: Hello I'm player penguin197 I love music MINECRAFT and meepcraft!!! I am a loving caring 12 year old girl who loves music and dancing

Why should you be Helper? Because I'm on keep almost 24/7 I'm a great builder I can understand people troubles and issues I will respond right away and respect staff server and players opinions and thoughts and problems.

What are your weaknesses? My weaknesses are people not cooperating or listening I get irrat aged easily but if I become helper I understand that I have to change my attitude towards players.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I am willing to help with anything I can build a lot of stuff and I would love to give back to the server as a helper. Thank you.

 

Hey Penguin!

Great to see you apply but I'm on a -1 for the following reasons.
TeamSpeak is a requirement, for interview and staff meetings etc, which you can download here. Being a good builder isn't required to be helper, only really if you're applying for architect. You are also fairly new, well I haven't seen you helping in /shout as much. Your forums activity is beyond active, I haven't seen you participating in any threads. Forums is a great place to communicate, as well as teamspeak!

As for your application, it was extremely short, in your introduction you should write more about yourself. This is where staff are to get to know you! Your why needs way more information. You really need to tell us WHY you want to be staff! Try looking at denied and accepted applications to see what is needed/not needed.

Overall I am on -1, and I have to give a point to Spongey for saying important stuff which are helpful:

-Need TeamSpeak
-Never seen you on global or helping or anywhere really, get more well known
-Application was weak
-Just because "you can build stuff" doesn't give any more reason to be a helper.

Skittlez, I reccomend increasing activity and stuff a lot before applying for helper. Do your best to be online every day. Also, help people out visibly and be active in shout.
When you do all this stuff for a few months, make your app a LOT longer. getting helper takes a lot of commitment. Im at -1 for now, but with a lot of effort I think you can get the role.

 

I'm not going to go through the whole app because Silly already did and it'd be kind of pointless, but I will give my tips.
You really need to convince me in your why and provide us solid reasons with examples.
It's good that you understand your weakness has to be improved, but how are you planning on improving it?

You need to get on TS, both interviews and meetings are done there, as well as just talking to the community in general which is great.
You've only posted so you can get up to 5 likes and I'm pretty sure that's just so you could have posted this application. People that wish to be staff should be active for months, not a few hours.

I have not seen you in shout at all. You have to be able to talk, you also have to be able to help.

I could tell that you were 12 by your insults and grammar. (sorry scheik) You would be an absolutely atrocious addition to the staff team, and I hope I don't have to see it.

Hey!
I think that it is awesome that you are applying! It's great to see that you have experience on being staff from other servers. You seem really enthusiastic, which is awesome whenever you are going about life. Now even with all of your great qualities, there are some things that concern me.
Please be aware that I will use the nicest way possible to give you this feedback. Meepcraft is a great server and I believe that the staff that the Meepcraft team have to be picky when they choose new staff members. It sucks that not everyone can be a member, but then you can have goals and improve on your weaknesses. It's a -1 for me, because I just think that you may need to mature a little more before you can take on the role of being a Helper on such a popular server. There are many responsibilities that you have to fill on a day-to-day basis, and it can be overwhelming. I know that it is hard to hear, but a lot of the staff members have very high maturity levels and are able to handle situations very well. I think that over time you will become a very mature person. As well, I agree with Spongey on the whole teamspeak thing. It is a requirment so you will have to invest some time into learning how to use it.
Other than that I think it's great that you are applying and I wish you the very best of luck.
