When did you join Meepcraft? March 15th, 2015

Introduction: Hai there! I’m Jaina, also known as Pony, or Jai. I live in a small suburb town near Chicago. I live with my mom, my dad, and brother. I absolutely love Harry Potter, I have since I started enjoying the series a little over a year ago. If I could, I would only be involved with things in the series, but I decided not. One of my absolute favorite things in the world to do is draw and sketch. (Even though I’m not really that good at it) In school and around my house, whenever I have free time, I like to draw random Disney characters and other things. One thing that I like to focus a lot of my time on, and is one of my favorite parts of going to school, is Math. I find that Math is just an easy thing for me to do. Usually what I do if I’m not in school is hang out with my friends and just goof around. Sometimes if I’m not drawing or reading, I will just sit on Meep and read through Global, to try and see what some of the people on Meep that I don’t really know are like. Something that I absolutely in the world would want to do sometime is be able to meet actors and actresses, even if it means moving to where they all live. I don’t know why, but it has always kind of been one of dreams to be able to go and meet anyone who is famous. Another thing that I oddly like to do is collect all of the Funko! Pop characters that I can. (The little big headed, black eyed, weird things) Ever since I first went to a store and saw that they had them there, I have always wanted to collect as many as I could. I first got Minecraft in January, 2014 due to one of my cousins. But then this March, one of my friends introduced me to Multiplayer servers, including Meepcraft. Since then, I always enjoyed going onto the server, and doing the multiple things that the server has to offer. When I first joined, I didn’t think that I would be going onto the server every single day, or even applying for staff.

Why should you be Helper? I think that I should become a Helper because one of the things that I enjoy to do on the server currently is help people when they need it. Whether it be answering someone’s question in global or helping someone out in Local, whenever I go online, I try to help others a lot before I focus on myself. I used to be a co-mayor in the Beta town called Port Charles. In that town, I would try and help the residents who needed help and get plots for them before I would log off/not be focused on the town. I think that another reason that I should be Helper is because I want to be able to help people in ways more than I already am. As of right now, I can only help the people who ask their questions in Global chat, Local chat near me, or by messaging me. But if I became Helper, I could help even more people that need help, with modreqs. I think that I should be Helper because I can be responsible with things that I am told to do. Usually when I have some amounts of money, instead of just spending it right away, like some people, I save it up for something that would probably be more important. Another way that I’m responsible is since I occasionally go over to my cousin’s house and have to babysit, I take responsibility over some of them and I take it very seriously. Activity: I am usually on, the forums, in game, or on ts. I try to use all 3 aspects of the server every time that I can. I check the forums every single day, and I go onto ts whenever I am in game.

What are your weaknesses? Shyness - If you have met me irl, you’ll know that I am really shy. That part won’t change. I just am kind of afraid of people and talking to them. But online, the shyness factor of me kind of goes away, hence why I am always talking to new people that I don’t know on ts, which eventually become my friends.

Jayner you are such a great friend, lovely talking to you on skype (Am right now hehe) I think you gots the potential, you are active and nice and I have seen you helping in chat quite a bit. But you probably just need to let the immatureness cool down

• You never talk in global besides when you log on and say "Hai Meep"
• I never see you helping, only goofing around with your friends
• After awhile in Port Charles you really stopped helping out. I didn't see anything from you at all, and all of the co-mayors were in favor to demote you. Didn't mention that in the app.
• I have a great feeling that you'd go goof off with your friends if you got staff, especially if they all got staff too.
• @Metzy never fully said yes to referencing you, so you shouldn't have put her down.
• Recently I've been asking you to rejoin my town and such. You declined the offer because you like your town and your friends and such, which is perfectly fine. But, this is what you said to someone else after you said no: What if you just "don't like staff" and then just "won't help"? So don't put down anything of working in my town, because after I demoted you, I have not had a positive experience since.
• There are other reasons too, but this is enough.

Right now you do not seem fit for staff at all in my eyes. You're immature, biased, and will be mediocre at best if accepted. Once you fix these issues and really shape up, you may have a shot at being a staff member.

EDIT: If one of your "references" gives you a -1, that's not good
EDIT 2: If you want to be a helper, don't just go on Teamspeak and just talk to your friends! Go to different channel so, talk to people, meet new people and make some new friends! That will really help you get helper! Also, your Teamspeak name needs to be your IGN, or else you are violating the rules. If you don't know the rules, you're not gonna do a good job if accepted.

I don't think your ready enough, but, your very nice, and could help the meep community grow bigger and better. ill have to give it a -1 for now, but try out in a little bit maybe show everyone how you help in global.

I am not saying this just because you are my friend, I am saying this because I really believe you qualify as staff. You are very helpful. Every time I ask you for help, you do it. I have also noticed you are more active in global chat and are helping more and more players by the hour. Good luck Jaina
