Introduction: I am HarryB777 and when i first came onto this server i wanted to be some degree of staff. I like being around people and helping wherever i can. If you talk to me about video games or sport i will always go very deep and be very attentive. I have been playing minecraft since 1.5 update (a long time!).

Why should you be Helper? I think i should be helper because i love helping out wherever i can with anything. also, i am a quite experienced minecrafter, so i can tell people a lot about both minecraft in general and about the server. I have played on this server for a long time and i know a lot more than the basics. I know a bagful of advanced stuff and about the tricky parts of the servers mechanics. Also i have really wanted to be server staff since i joined.

What are your weaknesses? My weaknesses are great let-downs, but here they are.
I do not know everything to do with the server, but i am experienced all the same.
I cannot play as much during the school term.
I might not always play in the same location (London mainly), as i might be travelling with a laptop, or i may be at a friends house.

Hey buddy. I'm gonna have to give you a -1 for this application for a couple of reasons:
- You're either very quiet in game or very active, either way I don't see you much. Not too bad, but it's good to be seen.
- I don't believe I have ever seen you on teamspeak, which is very important for staff members.
- You are not very active on forums as well, which is also very important for all players.

I highly suggest you reapply after you work on the above things.

Next time I would recommend putting more time into your app, if you have a lazy app what makes us believe you won't be a lazy helper. You had lots of capitalization errors that would have easily have been fixed of you had proofread. Also I would get more active in global so people know who you are. For future notice, a reference is some the staff can refer to, if they want to know why they think you would make a good helper. If this gets denied and you apply again I would ask people if you should try out for staff, if they say yes ask if they would like to be a reference. Good luck.

Since you aren't online that much, I have never seen you before(Timezones might be blame). For me, you seem average player wanting to be Staff member, and thats fine, its ok to try, but you don't seem to be ready. App was lacking with length and depth.
I suggest you trying to be more active, and talking in global chat more so people can see you exist. Also helping in global chat is important, and activity in all 3 aspects. But still, good luck. I am on -1.

Also why do you have christmas hat in your profile image? Its almost september, not december...

thank you, but by the way my first app was way longer, but i got redirected and had to start again, and i was going out to a festival with friends so didn't have much time!

I'll have to give you a -1 for now, but you could grow into a +1!
You'll have to get more in-depth on who you are, what you could bring to the staff team and server, as well as better explained weaknesses. Also, wanting to be staff from the start or being on the server for a long time aren't legitimate reasons to become staff. You should also probably make some friends on the server that you can rely on to be your references. I'd love to see you interact more in global! People like people that interact with the community, let us get to know you.
Sorry if this seems a bit harsh, but I think you should re-apply in the future with a more informative app, as you very well could become staff one day.
