Uh FYI your age if off by a year, in the "How old are you?" you wrote 16 but you wrote that you are 15...
Not sure if you are lying about your age or if you just had a spelling mistake but still...

It's 1 year in which people seem to have the same maturity. Big whoopwhoop

 

Actually it does have an impact. I noticed that during my 8th grade and freshman year of highschool all around me kids became more mature and took more responsibility.

 

Overall I'm not entirely impressed with your app. You were inconsistent, not confident, and didn't pose a good impression to me. I can't recall any time I've seen you online, but maybe we're in different time zones.
It's awesome to see you re-applying, which shows me you are determined and care about the rank. But from what I see in your app, it's a -1 for me.

(Dear other meepers that will make comments about my post, don't. It's just my opinion and as a fellow meeper I expect you to respect it. I respect yours. Thank you.)

Your app wasn't spectacular, to say the least, but I feel you could do a good job as staff again. From when I talked to you you honestly seemed to enjoy your time as staff, but as I wasn't there at the time I couldn't know how good of a job you did or how the community liked you. So I guess my vote concerning this would be partially uneducated.

One significant issue I had with your app was this, however:

Immaturity isn't something that just goes away with age, you have to make an active effort to be more mature. Also, using the dear sweetheart Zoe as an example, your age honestly doesn't always reflect your maturity.

Also, being active on the forums is kind of important, as Alex said. I do see you on teamspeak, but you should increase your presence in the server overall, as you didn't even give any references, and those are important!

So objectively, I'll have to leave a neutral +/-

When I was new to the server he was the one who helped me and showed my around . I think he would be a great addition to the staff team

 

He is very helpful. I don't know him that well, but I see him helping out commonly

-1, I see too much desperation in becoming staff, and overall negative feedback to your promotion.

 

He's gonna be accepted, just face it. No matter how many -1's the community does the staff are still gonna see like the two staff +1's and that's good enough for them. A shame too. People who aren't ready for staff getting interviewed despite the fact that the community clearly does not want them there. Might as well face the music.

+1 At first I was going to do a .5, but after you talked to me about "it" on teamspeak, It changed my mind to a +1 because we need caring people like you to help out others. GoodLuck

 

IDN is well enough known from being staff before , an active member, regular ts user, helpful and honest. All of these attributes point towards someone who can make a positive contribution as staff.

As a fairly new member IDN has been a great help to me + I believe he can do so for many others.

I don't understand the importance some people apply to forum activity. The helper role is primarily about helping in game. Any non staff member is entitled to consider forum activity irrelevant as everyone is entitled to play their game their way. The important thing is to make a positive contribution and I for one can confirm IDN has done this.

I am aware of his history and it would appear from my experiences with IDN that he has matured.

He would need to watch out for taking things too personal however a lot of that stems from the fact that he cares
