Introduction: Hello! It's me Ben, but most of you know me as pizzafest. Here on meepcraft I enjoy rank selling and helping others out in chat. I definitely love MeepCraft! I am eager to take the next step in helping players out with anything they need. I love minecraft, video games, and movies. I'm an 8th grader and I strive for good grades. I have an average of about all A's. In school I'm one of the most popular kids. My friends say I am a nice person and also that I'm funny, but mature when its time to be serious. I love youtube and make tons of videos on youtube. I have a lot of friends on meepcraft and in real life. I love to ride my bike, play football, play baseball, and basketball. Even though I am not on a sports team I still play, but in the future my goal is to be apart of my high school sports' teams. I love to collect heads especially the high ranking heads. I love to stay up late on non school days! I love MeepCraft with all my heart. I also love hanging out with people on meep or skyping. Now that you know a little bit about me, let me inform you on why I should be staff.

Why should you be Helper? It has always been my dream to be a part of the staff team on MeepCraft. I am eager to take the next step in helping players out with anything they need. As stated many times, MeepCraft has a community like no other server. This means that the way we deal with players is different too. Yes punishments are similar, but I think to have the right experience you need to be a part of the community to understand MeepCraft is different. The benefit to my activity on the three aspects of MeepCraft means that I'm fairly involved with the community. I usually know when something's going on and if I don't, I will ask someone about it to stay up to date. I think it is important to be as a staff member particularly to understand people's questions and have a general knowledge. From my time in sports I have learned how to be a great leader. I always live life to the fullest. When I'm given an opportunity to do something in real life or on minecraft I almost always take it and make the most out of it. When I have a certain role I always perform well putting in all of my effort. This is so I can get the job done well and proper, as this a great quality in every staff member. I'm very dedicated to this server I love it. Dedication is one of my strong qualities. I am willing to take the time out to help anyone in need of assistance. I help out a lot . I know a lot of meep history as I have played for about 3 years now. I've always wanted to be helper and its been my dream. I'm never gonna leave the server unless I'm hurt but if I do leave I'll always come back. I love the staff team and I will follow all orders and stuff I can do to improve myself as a helper. I respect all staff. If someone is disrespectful or not following the meep rules I will kick them. I will be consistently doing modreques and looking through chat for spam, racism, language etc. I understand the requirements of being staff and I will take full responsibility for my actions. When ever someone needs help I will help them with whatever they need.When I get home I do my homework and get on meep. I play with a lot of people and friends.I've had an awesome time being a part of meepcraft. I donate all the time, because I am a rank seller.I will not be rude to players but if they need a kick I when I am needed to. I do not want to see new players stressed so I will help them in anyway I can.I would never hurt anyone's feelings. I do not curse and I do not reward for bad action's. I hope to become helper, because it's my dream. I've always wants to be apart of this server. I love all people on meep even if they are disrespectful. If someone is having a bad day I will try and make it better. If someone want's respect I will give it to them. Another reason is I would love to help the server out and make it better. I respect everyone. I will follow all orders. I would love to be apart of this wonderful staff team.

What are your weaknesses? I'll be the first to admit it, I' m not always good with grammar. There are some issues on occasion, but I try my best with grammar. However, I have been working towards improving my grammar. Another weakness is I don't have a lot of experience in staff on Meep or any other server. I could also be on TeamSpeak a little bit more. I feel that if I'm given the opportunity to be on the staff team that my TS activity will increase. Finally, at times I can get a little carried away but when this happens I just take a deep breath and calm myself down.

You had a suggestion and everyone in /g disagreed. You got so defensive and saying that we were "too dumb to understand". You also constantly harassed me and other players when we were trying to let you take a chill pill. We kept trying to explain it to you, but you had the Mr. Know-It-All attitude and wouldn't listen.
You're extremely immature and easily can be annoyed. So sorry.

I feel like you're on the right track, you're just not at the end of that track yet. Keep up what you're doing now and I could see you as a staff in the future.

I've seen seen improvement, but I still do not believe you have the capability to be a good staff member, or even an average one. I cannot vision you representing the server in a positive way.

 

There is quite a bit of voting negatively without a good reason here. Well even though you don't use TeamSpeak that often you still have a TeamSpeak and are willing to use it even more to be staff. So really I can't believe some negativity comes from you not using TeamSpeak as often as some others do. I also find it laughable that Bob voted you negatively for not being capable and not being able to represent the server in a positive way when he committed Towny theft and still got helper anyways as if it never happened.

Aside from all that, perhaps he does get defensive from time to time. I'm not going to act like we haven't argued before. Say even if he gets defensive he still abides by server rules. For example, Pizza owns a town and put up a rule board that everyone must see and agree to or get kicked. Even after players break the rules he still gives a two week warning even though he doesn't have to considering he already warned that breaking the rules results in /t kick.

I'll also point out people are acting as if he isn't trustworthy. I've known him as a player (not IRL) for over a year and never committed any infraction causing him to be untrustworthy. As a matter of fact, Pizza is rapidly becoming a well trusted server rank seller. I actually got my Exclusive to Elite from him (wooohooo /fix!)

Anyways after analyzing everything stated previously and added here I give my summary.

Negatives:

Positives:
~Trustworthy
~Server Experience
~Rule abiding no matter the case
~Responsible for massive amounts of money donated to Meepcraft

Over all facts considered I vote +1 to Pizzafest

 

I am a bit shocked on how this application process is being used for what can only be called abuse.

Very little in the negative and very rude responses represent any sort of constructive criticism but appear to be certain members taking the opportunity to put an applicant down , in a very personal way , who is volunteering to help. Some even felt the need to make not 1 but 2 abusive posts. Staff need to have a word with these people. The fact this approach is allowed is obviously a deterrent to anyone else who might be considering applying for staff.

Legocreator's approach to accessing the application is what is required and I agreed with his/her summary.

There may be an issue with maturity and interview is the best way for that to be assessed

so +1 just for having to put up with the abuse
and +1 for volunteering and making the effort with what I think is a good application

 

I've recently seen a big improvement in you and I think you can make it. Your app was decent, you're very active. I know you actually do have teamspeak as I see you on it.
