Introduction: Hi i'm gr1ff09, as alot of you know. I have been a happy meeper for 2 years and minecrafter for 3 years. This is my favorite server and I have also donated for premium also! I have alot of ideas for the server. Have a good day!

Why should you be Helper? I think i should be helper because i have been in the meep community for a couple years and know a lot of people to. I also have many ideas for the server.

What are your weaknesses? I am really shy.(like really shy) but once i get to know someone, i have no problem.

I'm gonna have to leave a -1, here's why:
Your application was super short! Tell us about yourself! Sports that you like to play, other games, your personality. And your reasons were very short, not giving me enough detail.
Your not very active on forums, a little in game and a little in teamspeak. Work on that
Your maturity is definitely something to work on. Take this seriously! Look at other applications and see how they wrote theirs, and get some ideas on how to write yours

Sorry but I am on -1. Reasons are that the app wasnt long enough. You didnt tell almost anything about your personality in introduction, or your hobbies. Your Why had "I want to help" feeling in it, and I don't see how you stand out. Also, the last sentence in Introduction...really immature and that doesn't belong on Staff app.

gr1, you're welcome. But you have to understand that these people are also leaving criticism, not trying to be mean. They're telling you what to improve upon, and you should really be thanking all of them.

 

Hey gr1ff! I didn't really like the app. It was a bit dull and short, not really containing information. Don't worry! Next time, just brainstorm everything you can offer as a positive, truthful characteristic you have. Try to put as much detail in as possible. Being in the server for a while isn't necessarily a valid reason. You didn't include anything about yourself that can contribute to the helper position there. I also do not see you helping very much in game. That's important because you obviously need to prove you can help around the server to get the rank of "helper". Sorry, but this is a -1. Don't get discouraged, good luck!

 

With this attitude, you're nowhere ready for staff. I could -1 this app just by this. But about your app,

You barely/don't introduce yourself at all here. Tell us about you and not just how you love the server and have donated. It's not a letter, you don't put "Have a good day!" That's for your conclusion, if anything. The last sentence of your application.. how could you expect people to take you seriously by saying something like that?

Your first sentence; so has VKL_ReWindZz. Just because you've been playing for a long time doesn't mean you should be helper, unless you justify it. And then for the rest of your why section, http://meepcraft.com/forums/suggestions.11/.

Okay, but you should learn to overcome this weakness for the most part before applying for staff. Also, you have many other weaknesses. Take immature and stubbornness for example.

You already said this in your introduction, so you might as well leave this part blank. To be honest, half (if not more) of your introduction should be in this area.

Overall, judging what I have seen on this thread, you are nowhere near ready for staff right now.

Your app is enthusiastic, which means you are willing and want to become a Helper, obviously. But your app was way too short, but that can be easily improved. Take a look at some denied and accepted apps to see what the staff are looking for. It's great to see you applying, and I wish you luck!

This shows us you cannot take critism. Part of the point of the publicity of applications is for you to get crit and grow from that. If you're going to completely ignore everyone except the friendly people, what's the point?
