Introduction: Hello everyone, my name is Mia(mea). A lot of people know me as "the girl with question mark hair".I have a career of singing, and I used to be in a band. I was the lead singer, and we were pretty good.My first concert was at a bowling ally and there was a stage with so many people there for a first time we did so great.We moved on to bigger things like bars and events, until we broke up due to a member getting deathly ill. My hobbies include singing, doing hair, making YouTube videos, acting, and designing tattoos. I also spend my time as a self help therapist to help people who need it. I also enjoy giving hugs to people. My favorite school subjects are art, vocal and math. When I am not on meep I enjoy going to the mall and the beach with friends. My favorite holiday is Halloween and my birthday. I spend most of my time on MeepCraft or watching Netflix.I really enjoy helping homeless/people in need. I also speak some Spanish and I'm working on learning more! When I grow up my job career ideas would be either doing hair, being in a successful band , or a part time tattoo artist. To be honest, I have never really been Interested in Minecraft until I started playing Meepcraft, I feel that Meepcraft is such a welcoming and calming environment and keeps me busy at all times. Although, I do not leave my house I prefer to be in my room all day, all my friends are on the Meepcraft server. I enjoy playing very much and I look forward to coming on every day!

Why should you be Helper? I should be helper because I can bring a lot of things to the plate such as I'm good at explaining things, I am online all the time, I am good at solving issues, I am fair, I help staff out sometimes, and I help out players all the time in global and /msg! I look foward to working with you guys.

What are your weaknesses? My Weeknesses are, Sometimes I tend to be immature But I am mature when needed and sometimes I tend be annoying on team speak that's mostly it

Sorry Mia, I'm a -1. First of all the why section of your app was pretty below par, and the hours per day seem pretty dodgy. I've never seen you on Teamspeak, but that could be timezones, I guess. You're sometimes a little immature in-game, from what I've seen, but not at any outrageous level.

If this is denied I wouldn't mind seeing an app from you once you've touched on the few points I mentioned, but for now, good luck!

 

Okay, so I have a few issues. First of all, what did you edit in your application? Editing your application results in an auto-denial, so it concerns me you don't know the rules. Also, you curse a LOT on Teamspeak, and it's unnecessary most of the time. Like someone makes a rude comment jokingly and you reply with an even rude comment using strong swears. I don't believe you'd represent the server in a good way, because all staff members are able to control themselves. I haven't seen anything here that shows me that you will be able to control yourself.

You seem to not care that you're annoying. Window asked you to stop multiple times yesterday and you disregarded it. You don't tell me that you'll fix these weaknesses, or even try to make a difference. Nobody wants an annoying helper, because then many issues will occur. I don't see you ever acting mature, so I don't really know if you actually can control your maturity. Once again, with these weaknesses, I don't think you'd be a good staff member and represent the server in a positive way.

Is this supposed to imply that you are going to get accepted? I mean if there was an "If accepted," in there I'd understand, but I don't fully understand what you mean here.

Overall, you're really nice, active, and dedicated. I just don't find you staff material.

Hi Mia, you are my friend, but I don't want this to affect your application (I don't want to be bias.) To be honest, I don't think you will uphold your position as staff. You can be a bit immature at times. For example, a few months ago on teamspeak you were cursing a lot even though @awesomename and I asked you politely if you could stop. You stopped for around 5 minutes, then went back to cursing. In addition to this, your intro is longer than your "Why I should be helper" part which can be self-explanatory. Furthermore, I don't really see you helping a lot in global or in general. You can be kind most of the times, but these are some things you can work on. Again, I hope this doesn't affect our friendship but... I have to be honest.

For now I am at a -1.

You're one of the most immature, attention-seekibg people on the server, IMO.

I also have not seen you helping on any platform of meep.

Try being more humble, calm down and help people, be a lot nicer and less stereotypical than you're being now.

 

I still stand by what I said in your previous application. Obviously I cannot type it all again, as it 1) took me at least 1/2 hour 2) there was a lot of factors I put into it 3) you deleted your app, so even if I wanted to go back to it, I can't 4) I have new reasons.

1. Your application length has improved. That is good. But even if your introduction is long, all sections need to have a good amount, in which you do not have.
2. I felt like you disappeared since your previous application. No chatting in-game, no posting on forums, just complete silence. That leaves me questioning how many hours you actually play, but it's probably because of different time zones; also, I don't have teamspeak. Right now, I'm judging without enough statistics, but I will keep it that way until I know more.
3. Sleep. I don't know how you don't need it. You're a teen like me. How do you not get sleep? Considering you have school also, you have approximately zero hours of sleep. That's actually death-threatening. I'm serious here. I envy the amount of time that you can play, but even so much is too much.
4. Even though I don't have teamspeak, hearing from other people that you curse is a huge problem. People can hear you with TS. It opens up this huge opportunity for people to know your personality more. In schools they teach about internet safety and to never give out personal information and whatnot, but your personality is just as vital as a piece of information as giving out your address to someone you don't know. This is unnecessary information; what the problem is here is that younger kids hear you and assume that it's ok to say those words, getting them in trouble. That's called setting a bad influence, in which no one really wants to do. For those older or equal to your age, they'll question themselves whether or not it's healthy for them to have a friend that constantly curses over something. I say 'friend' because when they're around chances are you'll be around to. If they wanted to escape your cursing, they probably can't. Moral of the story, just try to stop cursing.
5. People can see more of your weaknesses other than you being immature. I'm not going to list any considering I've probably listed a couple above. Rather than accusing you of not pointing out more of your weaknesses, I'm going to ask you to look at yourself through o someone else's perspective. It can be through a player, or a staff (either one is fine, but a staff's perspective means to look at yourself with higher requirements.) Don't judge it from just one day of playing. Record stats throughout the week of other weaknesses you have, while acting normal. If you can't find anything, contact anyone you know and ask them about your weaknesses, someone that can be honest with you, but you must have an open mind, open to criticism. Every staff member must be able to take it to a certain amount. To help you, let's give an example: me. I can see that I am very verbose (too wordy). It annoys me and probably anyone else reading what I write, like what I'm doing here. Also, sometimes I don't make sense. Really, I don't. Another is that I am easily angered/short tempered. Lastly, I'm not very active. Traits like these would probably not me a good staff at all. I can work on it, but it takes time. All these things can be listed as weaknesses. Take the feel of it and apply it to yours.

-0.5 If you can help, that's the best trait needed for a helper. But you need to work on a more acceptable behavior.

 

I've gotten to know you over the past few weeks and I see potential and desire in you. You are determined, and I've seen definite improvement of weaknesses since I first met you. You're biggest weakness is immaturity, but I have talked with you via TeamSpeak and can see that you are mature when need be, despite what others have already said. I see potential, and over time you will be a lovely fit for staff. No vote from me.
